2bd/2ba, with A/C near Dntn, Trails, NAU & Hwy to Canyon

Beautiful Mountain Charmer home in premiere neighborhood. Located less than a mile from downtown, 1/8 of a mile from Basha's grocery store and 3/4 mile from Buffalo Park and the Mt. Elden trail system. This house is a couple of blocks from the Highway to the Grand Canyon and 30 minutes from Arizona Snowbowl. NAU is 2 miles South.

Beautiful open floor plan including a balcony spanning the entire width of the house. Nice large living room provides a wonderful gathering space for friends and family. Board games, Internet and smart TV allow for plenty of entertainment . New Air Conditioning Unit to stay comfortable. The master bedroom has a king bed and full shower. The spare bedroom has a queen bed. The hall bathroom includes a bath/shower. The spacious living room comes with a queen pull-out couch bed.

There is free parking for two cars in the driveway in front of the house (additional free street parking is usually available).

This is a duplex with this upper/larger unit (Mt Charmer @ 7000') being at street level with a front entry. The lower/smaller unit is located below street level and under this upper unit. The lower unit has a separate entry around back. Each unit has its own driveway and parking.

Washer & dryer are available for your use (at no additional charge). Access to laundry room is down a steep set of stairs.

The owners live nearby and are long-time locals available to assist with making your Flagstaff visit perfect.

Everything worked as expected and given it was warm during our stay, the “whole house fan” worked wonderfully to pull in some cool mountain air in the evening! Provided property book had many great suggestions for things to do, places to eat and was hugely helpful during our stay.

The host, Dawn, was very attentive and communicative. She even made us a personalized welcome sign. The place was clean, well-stocked with essentials, and spacious. The beds and bedding were good quality and we slept like puppies. The location was perfect for us. We walked to downtown and had short drives for hikes and outings. We hope to come back. Fantastic weekend stay! The house is exactly as described and was a great space to enjoy our time in Flag. Owners were incredibly nice, very much appreciate the great tips on things to do and nice touches like eggs, bread, muffins and coffee!
