The spacious open kitchen, dining area and living room take advantage of gorgeous views of the Caribbean Sea. Enjoy romantic candlelit meals on the private terrace as you gaze at the moon reflecting off the waves, or take in sensational sunrises! Amenities include stainless steel kitchen appliances, brand new living room furnishings and light fixtures. Also features a wine rack, gorgeous granite countertops, and double sink with pull-down faucet and water filtration system. This condo was gorgeous & had everything one could ask for! Alma was a delight & went out of her way to make us comfortable! No complaints at all, except they should have a better wine opener! Would definitely book this property again!

Location! Location! Location!

This was our fourth stay at Xaman-Ha at several apartments. The location is amazing! The grounds are always great. Staff are friendly. The pool is awesome. The ocean is right there, fifth Avenue is right there, The ferry to Cozumel is also right there. The apartment was clean, well appointed, the King bed was super comfy, the AC was perfect and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner. We’ll be back! Thanks Bailey!

Room was nice, clean, fully stocked with plenty of dishwear and linens. Smelled very musty due to extremely dirty filters on cooling units. Smoke detector kept going off randomly last 2 nights.

It was hot!

This condo is very beautiful and I would have given it 5 stars however, our air conditioner did not work the whole time we were there. It wasn’t central air, it was a unit on the wall. It was very hot and made our stay very uncomfortable as we went in at the end of July and it was very hot. Communication with the host was good and she sent someone to take a look and fix the AC unit, however, he was unable to fix it. I wouldn't recommend this condo If AC is something you must have.

Quick response from Baily with a couple problems. Nice condo, needs a tv in the bedroom and shower needs to be cleaned better. Other than those to recommendation the place is great.

Awesome Stay

Spent a month here and had an awesome time. Close to restaurants clean place and excellent cleaning personnel and condo staff. When we come back will definitely see if this place is available for rent.

One of the best at Xaman Ha!

We really enjoyed our stay in 7104! The condo is beautiful, very clean and extremely comfortable. We have stayed at Xaman Ha several times and this is one of our favorite units. We will be staying here again!

Great condo

My husband and I travel quite a bit, but this was the first time we have been in Playa del Carmen. Staying in Playacar was the best decision we made, the condo was everything we expected. It was clean, bright, fully stocked with everything we needed. The grounds of the condominium were beautiful, well kept. We over looked the pool and the beach, how wonderful that was. The pool has a swim up bar with the most fun bartender, it made the day just to sit and listen to Robin tell funny stories. We were a 5 minute walk to 5th avenue for shopping and great restaurants. There is a Walmart and Sams not far away if you want to stock up and cook in the condo, we did that 2 nights. Bailey the condo manger was great, when we had a question she was very quick getting back to us. As you can see we really liked this property. hopefully we will come back many times in the years to come.

We just finished a 5 day stay in this one bedroom condo. It was such a beautiful condo with a great view. Everything you would need to buy and make food in the condo. Robin the bartender was awesome as always. We come back in a few months again. Can’t wait.
