Xaman Ha 7211 is a beautiful newly remodeled top floor corner unit with tall ceilings and breathtaking oceanfront views. Large master suite has a stunning view of the ocean. All rooms are private with vaulted ceilings and you'll have plenty of sunshine and tropical views. 7211 is located on the beach in Xaman Ha Resort in Playacar Phase 1, a 24 hour secluded gated community.

The spectacular oceanfront view from your 3 bedroom condominium with a loft will show you just how amazing the Caribbean Sea really is! Xaman Ha 7211 has an oceanfront view from the living room and master bedroom. The condominium sleeps 8 total and each of the three bedrooms is furnished with a king size bed. Other features are a fully equipped kitchen and fully furnished dining and living room. The glass-topped dining room table will comfortably seat 4, with additional barstool seating provided around the kitchen bar tops to grab a quick snack or drink. The living room opens to the outdoor terrace overlooking the ocean (white sand beach) and the beautifully landscaped grounds of Xaman-Ha, the courtyard, pool/sundeck, and beverage and snack bar located under the grand palapa. You are just a few short steps from the ocean with swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing, parasailing, jet skis, sail-boats or some leisurely walks along the beach.

The condo has 2 full bathrooms and a laundry room, making Xaman Ha an easy and wonderful tropical get away vacation for any couple, family or group of friends with all the luxuries of home!

"My daughters, granddaughter and I stayed here and had a wonderful experience. The home was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Never met the host but didn't need to as there were no issues or questions that needed to be addressed. The owner was responsive, friendly, and helpful! The check-in/out process incredibly smooth. Missed the grill that was in the condo description but wasn't there but everything else was awesome!!"

This was a very lovely stay. Our family of 5 stayed comfortably; we utilized the sofa bed in the loft. Tip: If you do use the loft, turn on the two ceiling fans in the living space to help cool it down. We loved how close we were to 5th Ave. downtown and the Cozumel ferry. And the added touch of 5-gallon water jugs helped with the comfort. The evening pool swims were lovely! Another tip regarding taxis, tell them the condos next to Playacar Palace.

The condo was clean and roomy for our family. Communication was easy and timely. We were very comfortable here and would recommend it to others. The property is right on the beach with beach access, pools and an easy, short walk to the main street (Quinta Avenida). We wish we could have stayed longer!

The condo was just as advertised. LOTS of space and huge kitchen and literally everything you need. Views are spectacular and we very much enjoyed the pool area and swim up bar. Bar tenders were great and fun to talk to. Can't beat this location on the beach. Highly recommend.

Perfect location close five minute walk to town restaurants and night life if you want the night life but far enough away if you do not. Spacious with everything you need for cooking meals including a blender for margaritas on the balcony overlooking the turquoise waters.

Great location!

The Xaman Ha Condos are in a great location just close enough to enjoy an evening stroll on 5th Avenue and take your pick of a bunch of restaurants. Then you can head back home for the peace of Playacar. Also, having the beach right out your door...no shoes necessary! Sol was really quick to respond and the staff was very friendly. Can't wait to go back.
