Great location and amenities. We mostly used the beach access, pools and pickle ball courts. We also used the fitness room and laundry area. Condo was perfect size for our family. Fekt safe and secure.

The place was in a perfect location. There were no streets to cross and a quick walk to the beach. Chairs were set up for us by the staff on the beach. We rented an umbrella and it was set up with our name in the morning. The condo is well equipped and tastefully decorated. The beds were so comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend this unit.

This owner has not taken current pictures of the view…the view is nothing like the picture shows with trees and bushes. It is very close to a house with the roof and power lines as your view! No trees, bushes as shown in his picture! Needs updated picture so renters can get a true view of what they look at. The beach is a short walk. Palm bay club has always been our go to place…but…next time we will rent thru them, instead of a private owner who did not respond to us very fast. The unit has fairly nice furniture, but the beds do need replacing, especially in room with 2 beds. Kitchen supplies bery limited…one dish rag and one dish towel.

We love siesta

This property was a great location, close to the beach, and had all the amenities. My only complaint would be we were on the second floor, the daytime temps were 90, and our air conditioner failed miserably in keeping the condo cool. Besides waking almost every night sweating it was an awesome stay.

Nice but the screen door didn't close properly. The last day we found mouse droppings on the kitchen counter. Glad it we were getting ready to leave. My wife hates mice. The code to the door was unoriginal and anyone could use it to access the condo.

Great Get-away

We made a last minute trip to Sarasota for Spring Break and work trip combination. Do your due diligence. Because of the hurricane and older building updates there is a lot of construction/reconstruction. Ask! We didn't, BUT when we expressed our disappointment they were able to give us a different unit, and it was great. I recommend staying bayside if you want a quieter experience and more privacy. The owner was very responsive and we were impressed by his quick assistance in finding a solution. All in all, a great experience.

Palm Bay Bay Side

We were not able to stay in the beach side unit that we rented due to unexpected construction repairs because of the hurricane. We were given an option to stay at another property on the bay side. This was a solution however I am pretty sure that the property on the bay side rented for less. We were not offered an adjustment . That being said the property was clean , safe and recently updated .

After we disclosed the sudden and mandatory repairs by the HOA, you agreed to move you to an upgraded unit, which is priced the same. This avoided an interruption to your vacation from the mandatory infrastructure repairs by the HOA. We are glad we could accommodate you. Many people actually prefer the Bayside units due to the fabulous pool on the waterway. We are glad you otherwise enjoyed your stay.
