Spacious unit with open concept has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Condo amenities include hotel quality towels, linens and bedding, updated decor and furnishings throughout. Living room features fireplace setting with rustic mantel and matching wood beams throughout, leather sofa set; wood tables; large screen TV with DVD player. Dining room has pub height table with lake views. Fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops and breakfast bar with seating for 3. Unit laundry room; free cable and high-speed Internet; on site pool and tennis courts. Great location with outstanding lake views from both inside and outside for all visitors & Davidison College families!

We really enjoyed our stay at Larry and Pat's condo on Lake Norman. The condo was excellent and as advertised. We especially loved the porch overlooking the lake. The condo was probably the best stocked rental we have ever encountered.

This is a lovely, very well equipped and maintained property. The view from the rear porch is so inviting and relaxing. Hosts were accessible and helpful via texts. They provided binders of recommendations for attractions and restaurants which was a thoughtful and helpful touch. Highly recommend.

This beautiful, spacious, and immaculate condo feels like home the moment you walk through the door. Located in a peaceful and quiet area, it offers a wonderful environment to relax. I particularly enjoyed starting my day with coffee on the balcony while taking in the lovely view of the lake. I highly recommend this property!
