Blue Sky on Lake Norman is a spacious pet-friendly lake front home on a sprawling lot with pool and a sandy beach. The home features four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms with space throughout to unwind, relax and play!

With big water views, this newly listed luxury vacation rental has been meticulously curated for relaxation and family fun! With no less than a dozen individual seating and gathering areas in and around this home, you will find plenty of space for your group, or multiple families without ever feeling crowded.

If you want to play, we've definitely got you covered! Enjoy a paddle in one of four kayaks or try out the stand up paddle board, all free for you to enjoy. Shoot a game of pool, play foosball or throw darts in the game room. If you're looking for more activities, there are workout machines, corn hole boards and bicycles at your disposal.

If relaxation is the goal, grab a book and beach chair and head down the beach. Float in the pool or enjoy the hot tub with a beautiful lake view!

Inside, the open dining and living rooms make this space a great place to eat, watch a movie, work on a puzzle or play board games. The second living room on the mail level features a working fireplace, smart tv and cozy sectional couch.

Our family had an amazing time here! It was the perfect spot for us, our son, and my in-laws to unwind. The house has everything you need—we especially loved the game room! The setup was also ideal for my father-in-law; having a first-floor bedroom and living area made his stay comfortable and easy. Being able to bring our furry family member along was the cherry on top. We had a great Sunday watching the games and enjoying the amenities. We would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay with extended family here! It was very well stocked for all of our Italian family’s cooking needs;)The place had plenty of space, nice bedrooms and an abundance of towels. Lived the game room and the nice, large screened in porch space. The kids had a blast at the pool and loved catching clams in the lake. We would highly recommend staying here again! This is the best rental home we have ever stayed in. Gorgeous property with huge yards along with a stunning patio/pool/hot tub area. Numerous decks and large screens in porch. There is so much outdoor living space! The beach and dock were a hit! The kids dubbed the big rock near fire pit as “Monster Truck Rock”.The home is well stocked, clean and beautiful. Many rooms to spread out or be together. The game room is fantastic! The master suite is amazing! The daybed in the study was everyone’s favorite nap spot.The owner lives locally and responded lightning fast when we needed a new coffee carafe.Despite the lousy weather, we had an incredible stay and will definitely try to come back again!!

We had a great time at this property! The pool, hot tub and lake were fabulous! We had a wide age range of family from 9years to 70 and everyone had a blast! Lots of space to hang out and also be together. Great restaurants and we loved adventuring to Lazy 5 Ranch to see all the animals! Highly recommend a stay here!!

We loved our stay! The kids loved the pool and all the lake activities, plus the game room inside.There was something for everyone. The house was clean, had plenty of space and had everything you would need. The lake access and big yard were very convenient. Communication with the host was very easy. Would highly recommend!

Why they chose this property

This lake home has so much going for it. Not the least of which is its location and lot. Located less then 10 minutes off Highway 77, you'll find yourself at the end of a peninsula looking at big water views. The grounds of this property are amazing as well. The lush flat front lawn is ideal for football, soccer or whiffle ball.

The back yard features the kidney shaped in-ground pool and patio. Another long stretch of flat lawn leads to the beach. Next to the back lawn is a beautifully designed natural area with palm trees, grasses, sand stones and a fire pit.

Sandy beaches are a rarity on Lake Norman, but this property has a beauty. With a gentle slope into the water, children and dogs alike can easily wade into the lake for a swim.
