LKN Sunsets - Lake Norman Vacation Rental - Peaceful relaxation, non-stop adventure or any combination - this setting has something for everyone. Beautiful, lake front views the minute you walk in the door will have you ready to relax and kick back. Or get out on the water. Boat rentals and slips nearby. Fishing, skiing, paddle boarding are all just outside your door. Walk along the shoreline on the boardwalk, visit nearby parks and trails.
Condo has three bedrooms (1 Queen, 1 Queen, 2 Twin), two full baths, full kitchen, washer & dryer, TVs in living room and all bedrooms, Wireless Internet. Gorgeous waterfront views from the living room, dining room and master bedroom. Large, covered porch opening out to the lawn and walkway to the docks. Pool on one side of the building, Port City restaurant on the other plus tennis courts across the parking lot. You may never want to leave. But there are endless opportunities for fun for visitors of all ages. From upscale shopping and relaxing spas to sports and entertainment there’s something for everyone.

Lake Norma Condo

Very pleasant neighborhood and wonderful view! Very relaxing to sit on the porch looking out on the water. Decor is a little dated, but clean and comfortable. Great location close to parks, boating and restaurants.

Great Views Great Location

This property has great views and easy access to a boardwalk leading to Port City Restaurant. The view of Lake Norman was amazing. The layout of the Condo was perfect, master bedroom on one side and guest bedrooms on the other. We can't wait to book with Katie again.

Great Weekend

Our family stayed here for a long weekend. We live in the area and needed additional space for guests. It was perfect. The only complaint I heard was the mattresses on the beds needed to be updated. Otherwise, they enjoyed their time.

We love Folly beach, and we visit at least twice in the summer if not more. This condo was as advertised. Perfect location from the beach and a short walk to town and market. It had beach chairs, boogie boars and an umbrella that we used. Honestly if there is one thing i can comment on it would be that the bed was uncomfortable could use a new mattress or a topper. We would stay there again.

Nice outdoor space and comfortable stay.

We had no issues while we were staying in the townhome, other than not being instructed how to handle recycling. We found a cardboard recycling deposit next to the dumpster and a teeny container is next to the mailboxes, but it was already full so we had to bring our recycling to campus to process it. The unit was mostly quiet and everything was in good working order. Wi-Fi worked with no problems. Outdoor space is pleasant and relaxing.

Fantastic stay overall! Beds were comfy, washer/dryer setup made things easier, and the place was clean and comfortable. Had some issues with door lock , potentially updated or replaced recently and instructions didn't match (or user error).Water pressure in second bathroom was average.

Lake Norman apartment

Beautiful view!

Clean and spacious! We had many great conversations out on the patio overlooking the lake and walks on the boardwalk. We also enjoyed being so close to Port City so we could walk to and from dinner. We would definitely stay here again!
