Great Property

We had a wonderful time at Livinio’s property. It was very clean and well equipped with all the modern conveniences. It is very conveniently located for shopping and local eateries as well as local attractions. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Lovely LA

We loved this modern retreat in LA. Beautiful kitchen/family area, all updated. This visit we had a 3rd adult sleep with us who slept on the sofa in the LR. Pretty uncomfortable night on the LR sleep sofa. We bought a thick mattress topper (that we then gave to our LA kid) for better padding. The living room furniture, although artistic and pretty, is not conducive to comfort. Two small sofa's and comfy chairs would work better. Love the view and outdoor space!

This is a beautiful spot in Los Feliz with a million dollar view from the private deck.

We were very pleased with the rental process. Livinio kept us posted about any check in and out details. We would definitely stay there again!

Spectacular property in Los Feliz

We had a very nice stay at this quaint and beautiful spacious apartment, nicely decorated with all the amenities and a big deck with a great view over the city. Parking no problem and the location can't be better, a 5-10 minute walk from the shops, cafes, restaurants and cinema in Los Feliz. Can't wait to be back!

Livonio has a lovely place. He was very timely with assistance to adjust the water heater when we called. This home has a wonderful outdoor space to enjoy. We will be happy to stay here again in the future.
