It’s been an incredible remodel when it was first done. Just needs some touching up on a few things and ceiling fans had dirt caked on them but everything else was very clean. Crescent property was very clean and well maintained.

The host was very responsive to messages and definitely added to the positive experience. We had an amazing time. We paid for umbrellas and chairs that were available immediately as you enter the beach. The condo was clean and the staff were super helpful. Highly recommend this one!

116 Crescent is a stunning condo with attention paid to every detail! The condo looks exactly like the photos. It was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels in both bathrooms. I also liked that there were several hooks in the condo to hang things to dry. The couches and beds were very comfortable. My family would definitely stay here again when visiting Destin.

This condo is exactly what it say! Newly renovated and absolutely beautiful! The details and decor are perfection and looks straight out of a magazine! Love being close to the stairs and the gate to get to the pool, the pool umbrella service is so easy and the pool is wonderful! We will now only be staying at 116! We already loved the Crescent but this condo is by far one of the best!
