Rental comprising 2 single bedrooms with double bed, a bathroom with shower, hair dryer available, an independent WC, as well as a living room with fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, induction hob, coffee maker, toaster).
In the rental, dishwasher tablets, cleaning products, groceries and a dose of detergent will be available.
This rental is non-smoking, with no wheelchair access, including stairs.
Pets allowed.
Quiet area with parking. The village with all shops is located 1km. City bus 500m to CAEN.
At your disposal: garden with lounge, swing, barbecue.
Possibility of loan of household linen for 25 euros.
Rental to return in the same state as on your arrival, however, if you do not have the time or the desire, a contribution for the cleaning will be required.
PS: Possibility of an extra bed for children over 4 people.
