Ouistreamham and Normandy

This was a great little apartment for my husband, I and our daughter. We were able to visit the D-Day sites, including the American Cemetery. Catherine was so very helpful and kind. We speak very little French, but we laughed together and made it work. All the people of the area were wonderful. Thank you, Catherine!

I wanted to rent a small cottage on a lake for my husband & a couple of our closest friends to celebrate my upcoming 50th birthday. Read reviews & thought this one would be nice. Lake views are only if you lookout the bedroom windows are certain way, row of cottages blocking it. Yes it's a 2min walk to the lake but if you're handicapped, good luck getting to it.I couldn't find anything in my emails about the key to access the inside. looked around for a key and checked the door. The doorknob was locked but doesn't latch. I had to clear a mop, used paper towels & a dirty mug from the sliding glass doors that also weren't locked to get out to the deck . This place was far from clean. One bed looked used already & dead bugs on it. One wasn't made. The 3rd was made but a blood stain at the bottom corner. We had rummage through bedding to find decent sheets & blankets to remake the beds. bathtub had dead bugs in it & clearly not cleaned prior to our arrival. The fridge was dirty. The AC/ heater had a smell of burning hair. We flipped the cover and the filter was full of dirt, dust & spider webs. We didn't use the patio furniture cushions because they were covered in stains. A huge portion pf the deck was very flexible and you sunk down slightly with every step because it isn't built properly. The towels value village probably wouldn't even sell. For the price we paid for this place for 2 nights , it should have been cleaned & better quality towels/bedding.

Le logement est très bien situé. Une résidence calme d'un bon standing. Très propre avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour, une literie de qualité. Catherine nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de bons conseils. Victor et Margot, nos deux p'tits enfants sont d'accord avec nous pour reprendre ce logement lors de nos futurs séjours dans la région.Merci Catherine

Un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très fonctionnel et bien équipé. Il est idéalement situé près de la plage et dispose d’une terrasse avec salon de jardin dont nous avons bien profité. Pas de wifi mais ce n’était pas un soucis. Très bon contact avec Catherine, nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Parfait pour un agréable séjour à Ouistreham Riva Bella

Hébergement fonctionnel et propre avec un joli petit rez-de-jardin très agréable pour prendre ses repas. L’emplacement est parfait à quelques dizaines de mètre de la plage. Excellent pied à terre pour découvrir les plages du débarquement en Normandie et pour visiter le bocage normand.

Petite location en rez de chaussée

A 50 m de la plage en rez de chaussée avec petit patio très calme et discret avec un beau temps frais mais ensoleillé. A retenir.
