This luxurious property has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and enough sleeping arrangements for up to 12 guests to spread out comfortably throughout an impressive 2,500 square feet of living space. It is the ideal accommodation choice for a family reunion or a group of friends looking to have an amazing time.

You'll feel right at home the moment you step into this house's beautiful interior, boasting extravagant contemporary furnishings and stylish coastal decor, combined with futuristic technology. The spacious roof-top deck, featuring a cozy couch area and a modern fireplace, frames expansive views of the ocean, creating a dazzling back drop for your trip.

This welcoming home has everything you will need for a comfortable stay, including wireless internet access, individual AC units operated remotely , 5 Flat Screen Smart TVs, with a surround sound system in the living room area. Upscale bathroom amenities, luxurious bath towels and divine bed linens are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with high end appliances and stocked with complimentary drinking water, coffee, coffee filters, sugar and spices. In addition, the two amazing out door grill areas build the perfect set to create everlasting memories.

Costa Diamante is an exclusive community, located right on the popular Sandy Beach, incredibly close to all resorts, therefore providing easy access to restaurants, bars, nightlife and more. It includes exquisite amenities such as a large lap pool, a Jacuzzi, a basketball court and a playground area for the little ones.

Wonderful location away from town noise but close enough to drive down for dinner or groceries. Hot tub was great at night, very safe community, and really nice friendly neighbors that live there, quiet hours after 10. Path to beach was cute. Condo is perfect for 2 couples with kids.

Circus Mexicus 2023

We brought our whole family down for a family vacation/honeymoon and this home did not disappoint!! Plenty of rooms, bathrooms, lounging areas, and the home was clean and well stocked. Just a short walk to the beach and all the activities over at Banditos. The Aguilera's are great hosts and we would definitely stay here again!!!
