This home was designed for the purpose of hosting a family with all the latest amenities. The Cottage is sure to impress you and your guest. The home is very inviting and its main purpose is to make you feel comfortable in your own custom built Cozy Country Cottage! Outdoor Patio area w/ fire pit, exterior patio set for additional seating. There's even a RAINBOW PLAY SET for the kids. 3 swings, slide, rock wall & a POOL too w/ sun loungers & adirondack chairs! Pool heater available ( additional charges apply ) Whole Home GENERAC GENERATOR {additional charges for generator apply}. We are pet friendly. Additional charges apply. 2 dogs max. The Cottage sits on three acres shared by the host. Gravel driveway is also shared. Proximity of each home is about 300 feet apart. Security cameras are on the host home and one ONLY is located on the tree above the Cottage driveway. THEIR ARE NO CAMERAS / RECORDING DEVICES INSIDE THE COTTAGE. We are pet friendly - see rules.
