BRINGING A PET?
• Well behaved, house & crate trained dogs are welcome for an additional $250 non-refundable per pet/per stay fee (maximum of 2 dogs).
• Cats are not allowed at any time due to severe allergies.
• Please advise before booking — Pre-Approval from host is needed.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
• Self check-in with a unique to you key code for the duration of your stay
• The front door to our home is up half a flight of stairs (4 steps)
• Guest has access to the entirety of the house except for locked owner supply areas and garage
• Garage is not included in the rental and is for owner use/storage only
