Great place, great location

Sestri Levante is a gem, and this flat is as well located as is possible. Right outside your door are shops, cafes and bustling life in a pedestrian-only street, with a five minute walk to either of the two beaches. The apartment is very stylish and comfortable. Enjoyed every moment of our stay.

This was my second time in this apartment which is conveniently located in the heart of Sestri and has everything you could wish for for a brilliant holiday. Would definitely recommend.

Extravagant apartment in great location

We really enjoyed our week in this stylisch, extravagant and clean apartment. We loved the location directly in the pedestrian zone of Sestri Levate. Everything is nearby and the train station also only is a 10 minute walk away. So you don't need a car to explore the beautiful Ligurian coast, Genua and the Cinque Terre.

Amazing location, great appartment

We had a great stay, the appartment is very well equipped and the location is absolutely perfect. The one thing that was a problem for us was the check-in. Our flight was delayed and after 19h there's no possibility to get the keys to the appartment. We had to book a night in a hotel, which caused a lot of stress and extra costs.

The condominium rules do not allow placing an external key box and in the instructions to guests it is clearly indicated to contact the agency for check-in. Up to a reasonable time in the evening (say 9-10 pm) the agency is available to come, but it cannot be expected later at an unspecified time in the night. Sorry for what happened I did not ask for any reimbursement for the damages that Paul had left upon his departure.

Great location for a stay in Sestri Levante

A great location but in a pedestrian only zone which means you need to walk your luggage in about 200 m. This is a bit of a struggle if you have a lot of luggage as we did. The apartment is comfortable and has air conditioning but is located up 4 flights of steep stairs with no lift. Guests who are elderly or have young children may have an issue with the steep stairs. The apartment was large and comfortable for our group of 3 adults. The best beach option is Bay of Silence. The apartment is close to loads of lovely cafes and restaurants.

In the heart of Sestri Levante

Right in the heart of Sestri Levante, with shops, cafes, bakeries right outside the door. Be aware that Sestri IS a vacation town, so you may have some noise, even late into the night, especially on weekends. That being said, it’s so nice to immerse yourself in a town that while touristy, largely draws Italians and other Europeans, rather than Americans. The apartment is bright and open, and stayed relatively cool with the use of two fans. Convenient, well designed kitchen and modern clean bathrooms. Towels could use replacement as they are well worn. We would come back to this apartment and the charming town in a heartbeat.

Thank you Patricia for your comments. When it is hot it is advisable to turn on the air conditioning: it reduces the temperature and humidity and also allows you to keep the bedroom windows closed at night. I hope to see you again on your next vacation!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Lage in der Altstadt von Sestri ist einfach unschlagbar – mitten im Leben und doch gemütlich. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders der hübsche Balkon hat es uns angetan – perfekt, um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Für alle, die gerne mittendrin statt nur dabei sind, ist diese Wohnung absolut empfehlenswert! Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war topp.

Stylische, moderne Wohnung. Mückennetze prima. Mitten in der Altstadt und im Trubel, dennoch nachts bei geschlossenen Fenstern zur Straße und Lüften nach hinten leichte Geräuschkulisse kein Problem. Spitze!

Absolut empfehlenswert

Die Woche in diesem Appartement war absolut super. Wir waren mit unseren drei Söhnen (14, 18, 22) hier, denen es auch so gut gefallen hat. Gerne wieder. Der Tiefgaragenplatz ist zwar etwas entfernt, aber ist unbedingt wichtig. Zum Be- und Entladen kann man einen öffentlichen Parkplatz gegen Gebühr nutzen. Allerdings ist dort Samstags Markt. Die Bäckereien in der Nähe des Appartements sind sehr empfehlenswert. Wir haben von Thomas (Mitarbeiter der Agentur) Restaurant Tipps erhalten, die alle klasse wahren. Also unbedingt Einheimische nach Essens - Tipps fragen.

We love this place in the center of Sestri Levante

Every year it is a coming home for us to return in this wonderful Apartment. Modern, clean, fully equiped and in the center of the pedestrian zone of Sestri Levante this place is our favorite in Italy. Erverything one can wish is 2-5 minutes walking distance (bakery, supermarket, beach…). Thank you Piero for keeping your perfect Apartment in top condition!

Toplage, Topwohnung aber oft sehr laut.

Die Wohnung ist im dritten Stock mitten in der Altstadt. Die Wege zum Strand, zum Einkaufen und in die Restaurants sind sehr kurz, aber vor allem am Wochenende in der Nacht ist es sehr laut Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gut eingerichtet, wurde aber nicht wirklich sauber übergeben.

I am very demanding about this and it would have been advisable for you to have immediately informed the agency that manages the apartment for extra cleaning.
