We loved the property and especially enjoyed the roof top space for lounging and dining. Views are absolutely stunning.It was our host, Giovanna, that made our stay exceptional. Wow what a stay. We have stayed in hundreds of rentals across the world but this one tops them all when it comes to overall satisfaction.To start of with the hospitality provided by Giovanna, very attentive and eager to help and accommodate. Goes out of her way to make sure your stay is as memorable as could be. From day one till you leave always there with a smile.Next let’s talk about location. Best of the best not only in Sestri Levante but from all the places we visited throughout the Italian Riviera. Steps from the top beach and restaurants.The rental itself, super spacious great AC, kitchen and bathrooms stocked with everything one could need. But best of all are the numerous unobstructed views out on to the bay. And just in case you want to enjoy the view a bit more, there is a private balcony only a few steps away. The rental also had washer that we made use of for our weeklong stay as well as a TV and WiFi to keep up with the world cup games. There is an elevator in the building for those that don’t care to get their exercise. I would rate this place 10 stars if I could we will be sure to come to this very place for years to come. Perfect location, great apartment, helpful host

We spent two weeks at the end of September in Sestri Levante with with our 4 year old and a baby. The apartment is located right on the beach and has a fantastic unobstructed view of the cove. At the same time, it is right in the heart of the cosy pedestrian streets of Sestri Levante. The apartment was spotlessly clean and has a nice florplan to our family's need. Giovanna was extremely helpful, meeting us at the freeway to show us the way to the apartment (which can be a bit tricky on your own), and also helping us find a free parking spot nearby, as well as providing a bit of basic amenities for us upon arrival. Her english is limited, but it wasn't a problem at all. The beach was perfect for kids, water clear and even in late september still pleasantly warm for swimming. The beach wasn't overly crowded as we were there a bit off season. We would love to come back, as Sestri Levante and the area around has much to offer and the apartment is perfect place to base yourself, whether you wan't to relax on the beach or explore the region. Maybe next time, we'll go without kids, and have more time to enjoy sitting in the beach chairs on the apartments private roof terrace.

Fabulous location, stunning views

The apartment lived up to the photographs and description on the web-site. The location is fabulous - you are literally on the beach, with fabulous views of the sea from the bedroom and sitting room windows. The spacious roof terrace was such a bonus - lots of space, a selection of tables and chairs, shade when you wanted it and always the fabulous view down onto the beach. The sea was shallow and the beach consisted of really nice sand - unlike many of the shingle and stone beaches in the area. The apartment was clean and spacious and the kitchen was one of the best equipped that we have come across. Giovanna picked us up from the train station and provided a really good welcome pack when we arrived which was extremely welcome after a long journey. We did all of our sight seeing by train and ferry, which meant we did not miss having a car at all. The train station is about a ten minute walk away through the pretty narrow shopping streets and the ticket machines have an English option which means it is very straightforward to buy tickets. We were about an hour away from the fabulous Cinque Terre villages which were well worth a visit. The local restaurants and shops are about two minutes walk away but despite this, the apartment was very quiet. It was a pleasant 5-10 minute stroll to the local supermarkets. We had a wonderful ten days holiday and we would thoroughly recommend this apartment for a couple or family.

Bellissimo appartamento, spazioso , alto e luminoso. La posizione è invidiabile, direttamente affacciata sulla Baia del Silenzio, ma comunque tranquilla.Impagabile la vista dalla terrazza sul tetto e molto apprezzato l’ascensore che porta sia all’appartamento che alla terrazza.Un saluto alla gentilissima Sig.ra Giovanna che ci ha accolti con simpatia e disponibilità.

Questa è stata una delle migliori esperienze di affitto che abbia mai avuto. Innanzitutto, la proprietaria Giovanna è stata meravigliosa, offrendo assistenza e ospitalità ben al di sopra di ogni aspettativa. L'appartamento, con il suo splendido affaccio sul mare, è uno dei più belli, confortevoli e attrezzati che abbia mai avuto modo di provare. La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario per cucinare, le camere sono accoglienti e i materassi molto comodi. Ett helt underbart boende och en helt fantastisk värd.Det här boendet är svårt att beskriva rättvist med bilder – det måste upplevas. Känslan av att blicka ut över havet är helt magisk och terrassen är verkligen något alldeles extra. Den är både spektakulär och unik, och gav hela vistelsen en känsla som gjorde resan extra minnesvärd. Boendet har en speciell charm och atmosfär som är svår att hitta.Det som gjorde upplevelsen ännu bättre var vår värd, Giovanna. Utan att vi ens behövde fråga var hon otroligt hjälpsam i allt som dök upp. Hon är en varm, generös och genuint omtänksam person. Kommunikation fungerade alltid perfekt trots att vi talar olika språk – alltid med ett leende och en vilja att hjälpa till.Vi är väldigt tacksamma över att vi fick möjligheten att bo här i Giovannas lägenhet. Det är verkligen inte ofta man hittar ett ställe där allt känns så här bra.

Der Aufenthalt, der Check-in und die Ausstattung der Wohnung, insbesondere der Küche war toll.Fernseher vorhanden, nicht genutzt!Klimaanlage vorhanden, nicht benötigt, weil die Klappläden und die Meerluft Klima genug waren. Dachterrasse ein Traum, tagsüber Sonnen und Essen, abends unter dem Sternenhimmel ein Glas Wein genießen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar, Fußgängerzone um die Ecke, parken an der Unterkunft nicht möglich. Für uns kein Problem, das Auto wurde nicht benutzt und konnte kostenlos in der Nähe des Bahnhof geparkt werden. 100% Empfehlung!

Sehr zufrieden!

Die super gelegene Wohnung mit grandiosem Blick auf die Baia di silenzio ist nicht zu übertreffen. Die Vermieterin Giovanna ist äusserst zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und antwortet schnell und zuverlässig. Die Wohnung ist hell und gut ausgestattet, v.a. die Küche hat wirklich alles, was man braucht. Die Dachterrasse ist grandios. Die Heizung war auch sehr angenehm, da wir im Dezember da waren. Gerne wieder!

Vista suggestiva sulla baia del silenzio

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per poco più di una settimana e ci porteremo con noi per molto tempo la bellezza del mare che ti accoglie al risveglio e ti accompagna in tutti i momenti della giornata. Tutto perfettamente curato per una vacanza dai ritmi naturali, soltanto saltuariamente variati dalla movida notturna che fa capolino attraverso le finestre spalancate sulla baia e lambite da una piacevole brezza marina.

Wir haben eine schöne Zeit in der Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist überkomplett eingerichtet. Die Lage ist ganz hervorragend direkt am Strand. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die Dachterasse!!

Fantastisk bolig, udsigt,beliggenhed og by ;-)

Tusind tak for lån af en fantastisk lejlighed! Og tak for en flot modtagelse. Udsigt og lejlighed er endnu mere fantastisk end på billederne. Sublim beliggenhed, udsigt og utroligt rent og pænt. Vi har haft en rigtig skøn uge i en herlig by, som er perfekt placeret i forhold til vandreture i Cinque Terre. Vi kommer gerne igen :-)

Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique dans la "Tolda sul mare": l'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal, la vue de la terrasse grandiose, l'intérieur propre, spacieux et bien équipé, la propriétaire d'une gentillesse exquise.
