Fully applianced granite Kitchen with sliders to expansive deck, Fireplaced Livingroom, Sunny Den with Futon, and 1/2 Bath with laundry on first floor.
The second floor features a huge Master Bedroom with King Size Bed and private Bath, guest room with Queen Bed, bunk room with 3 Twin Beds and another full Bath. Hardwood floors throughout.
The 3rd floor bonus room is great for hanging out, it has awesome views over the river, marsh and Nantucket Sound.
Short walk to the Beach, Ice Cream Place and Skippers Restaurant.
In the evening, wash off the sand in the outdoor shower and relax on the deck to watch the most incredible sunsets!

Excellent Vacation Home!

We had a wonderful vacation. The location was excellent, views were amazing! Loved the views of the water from almost every room. The third floor views were spectacular. The house was spacious and had all the amenities including beach chairs and kayaks. Kayaks could be launched right from the dock in the backyard. Washer and dryer came in handy as well as the outside shower. The house was clean, comfortable, updated and felt like home. There was more than enough space in the house so everyone had their own area if they wanted. We loved that it was a short walk to the beach and easy to walk back and forth for lunch. We grilled out and ate on the deck and watched the beautiful sunsets. The owner was very responsive. Excellent vacation and we hope to return!

Bird Sanctuary

We had a great week at the house. We used the sandy entry at the end of the road for putting in the kayaks. Always a nice onshore breeze the whole week and did not need the A/C. Beautiful view from the deck overlooking the estuary. Lots of birds including Ospreys, grey cranes and snowy egret. No bugs while sitting on the deck as well.

Felt like home

This house was fabulous, we felt like we were home the entire time! It didn't have the newest kitchen or bathrooms but everything was cozy and we were pleasantly surprised that linens and towels were provided. We made great use of the kayaks multiple times and really appreciated that the back yard was fenced since we had little ones.

Wonderful stay in Yarmouth on the water

We had a great week at Hanni and Carl’s home! They were great with communication before our trip and during. Their home is in a great, quiet neighborhood, with beautiful water views. We saw so many bunnies and a couple foxes during our stay. Having access to their kayaks and life vests was a big plus for our group, they were pretty easy to get into the water from their dock. Anything you could possibly need was there, including any kitchen supplies you may need during your stay. There was so much space in the house, great for a bigger family or a couple families traveling together. We put our almost two year old in a pack in play in the study which worked out really well for us. Their home was very clean and everything was in good condition. We had a wonderful trip in their beautiful home!
