My family and I had an amazing stay at this property. The location is perfect, about 5m to the beach and 5-10m drive to either downtown Chatham or Harwich Port. The house was very clean, accurate to the listing and check-in process was easy.The house is spacious with enough bedrooms for our entire family. Kitchen was very well stocked and the backyard and deck made for a great hangout spot after a long day at the beach.Would highly recommend the property and looking forward to staying here again next year.

Our family had an excellent stay at this rental that is right on the Chatham/Harwich line. The house was updated and very clean! We loved the outdoor shower/deck and the family room was lovely for a day after the beach. Easy access to Harwich and downtown Chatham. We had three young children with us and the house was perfect! Highly recommend!!

I loved the quaintness of the property. It had lots of charm and was bright and airy. I also loved the proximity to the bike path at the end of the cul-de-sac. I didn’t like the fact that most of the communications referred to the property as "our property" instead of "you’re vacation home". It’s a subtle difference, but it makes a difference in how you feel in the house. All in all, we greatly enjoyed our vacation in this lovely home.

Cape Cod Vacation June 22-29, 2024

All areas of home were clean, new and up to dated, 5 minute drive to beach, easy access to Rt 28 went to 4 different beaches. Internet worked fine, each room has mini split in them air conditioning worked great. Newly decorated. Came with towels to use and linen that made things easy. Had access to the washer and drier made things easy. We went out to eat and watch bands at night. Close enough to visit P Town 30 minutes away. Took kids out to Sunday School down the street 3x for ice cream. Went and played mini golf and go charts was a fun at night. Took one day off and went to water park off of Rt 28 the kids loved little expensive. Had a very fun and relaxing vacation.
