Charming Cape Retreat with Deeded Pond Access
Cozy 3-bed, 2-bath Cape on a quiet Brewster lane with deeded access to Walkers Pond for kayaking/swimming. Bright, open layout with hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings, and a back deck overlooking a private yard—minutes to Cape Cod Bay and Nantucket Sound beaches. Ideal for families, nature lovers and Cape getaways. Entire house has central heat. In summer, a window A/C is located in the dining/living room, and one also in each of the three bedrooms.
The First Floor includes the Living Room with a 39" TV and cathedral ceilings, a Dining Area with seating for 6 (expandable with extra chairs up to 8) and access to back deck, and a Fully Equipped Kitchen with Island.
On the First Floor there is also Bedroom #1 with a King Bed and Bathroom #1 with a shower, as well as a washer and dryer.
On the Second Floor there is Bedroom #2 with a Queen Bed and a Twin Day Bed, Bedroom #3 with two Twin Beds and Bathroom $2 with shower/tub combo.
Outside there is a Deck with Grill and a Large Backyard. There is Deeded access less than 5 minutes walk away to Walker's Pond - where you can launch kayaks and swim
