Stunning wine retreat in the heart of Dickson! Perfect for couples looking to get away or anyone visiting campus. I offer a luxury studio condo with a balcony directly overlooking Dickson street, Fayetteville’s social and entertainment center. Just walk out the front door and you are steps away from everything Fayetteville has to offer including the University of Arkansas Campus, Dickson street bars, restaurants, and the Walton Arts center.

Located on the 4th floor of the Dickson Building, a premier high-rise development just one block from the University and within walking distance of Razorback football games.

Guests will enjoy private access to the full studio condominium including a reserved parking spot in the covered deck behind the building, access to high speed Wi-fi, a smart TV equipped with Netflix and HBO for any down time, and an easy to use Keurig coffee machine stocked with coffee and tea!

The Inside has a modern “urban” design, granite counter tops, hardwood floors, and a fully stocked kitchen. Double glass doors lead to a 4th story balcony that is front and center of the building, and directly over Dickson street.

Sleeping arrangements include a full bed to one side of the studio and a leather couch that easily folds into a twin bed on the other. Extra linens and pillows will be provided in the closet.

Guests will have access to everything the condo has to offer, with the exception of one of the storage closets.

This includes fireplace, spacious storage closet, a granite top bar, utility room equipped with washer and dryer, full sized kitchen with dishwasher/stove/oven/refrigerator/microwave/basic cooking utensils

Incredible location and beautiful place. Park once in the designated parking spot and never have to move your car again. Communication with the owner was excellent and above and beyond expectations. It is loud on a Saturday night, but that’s to be expected with a location on Dickson.

Nice Studio on Dickson

I stayed here on move-out weekend so I wasn't in the condo very much. I chose this place for the price, the location, secure building, and the parking spot--It's on the edge of campus and lots of restaurants are within walking distance but I need to add that it is a bit noisy for a good night's sleep--bring a sound machine--that should help.

This is a very comfortable property. Covered parking and you walk straight on the the floor for access. Everything was super easy. Great amenities even though we weren't there long enough to use them. We will try to book again in the future.
