This was a short stay for my daughter (21) and I to stay in Fayetteville so she could visit U.Ark's MFA program, facility, meet faculty, and sit in on a graduate seminar. Also, we wanted to give her a chance to test the vibe of the city, the people, and potential life there during graduate school. This place was in a perfect location for doing this. Walking distance to the Art building, and also to downtown. We only drove when we went to Crystal Bridges on one afternoon. Otherwise we walked everywhere. The real treat was the fact that there is access to the Frisco Trail right outside this property. The trail system itself was a true delight to discover - how safe and well designed it is, how well it's used, how nice the people encountered along the way were. If we'd stayed in a big box hotel outside of town we'd not have had such a good experience - and this rental made that possibleThe only negative things on the rental were that the bathroom was not completely cleaned when we arrived. And the garbage disposal was not working. Luckily we didn't need to use it, but it would have been a problem if we'd been cooking much. It would have been good to know that the bathroom is accessed through the loft-like bedroom, so anyone sleeping on the pull out sofa would need to walk through the bedroom to access it. Again, not a problem for us, but was a surprise. The place was otherwise clean, well stocked, including with coffee! Charming, and very quiet. Not a neighbor was heard!
