Apartment with ocean view for 4 people: Wi-Fi + terrace + pool + parking

The "Las Calas" residence offers a communal outdoor swimming pool for adults and children open from 15/6 to 15/9 reserved exclusively for residents of the residence.
The "NON SMOKING" apartment is equipped with internet (WI-FI), it consists of:
- a lounge area with a 120cm television with French TNT channels, a small hi-fi system, a round wooden table, six chairs, a sideboard, a sofa bed
- The room has a safe, a 160 cm bed and a 90 cm bed as well as a large wardrobe
- the bathroom has a wall unit, a shower cubicle, a sink and a toilet
- The kitchen area is equipped with an induction hob, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a coffee machine.
It also has,
- a small terrace of (about 12m2) equipped with a table and four chairs
-a large private terrace of about 17m2 located above the apartment with a breathtaking view of the sea (the terrace is private and access is only through the apartment) it is equipped with a garden furniture in woven resin (a 3-seater sofa, two armchairs and a coffee table), a large parasol, two aluminium and woven canvas sunbeds as well as a safe to store the cushions of the living room
- a private car park reserved for the residence without a designated space

In high season, a shuttle bus runs every hour and can take you to the city centre for a small fee if you don't want to take your car.

Nearby is a bar restaurant, a small supermarket and two tennis courts available at an additional cost.

THE INTERNAL RULES OF THE RESIDENCE ALLOW ACCESS TO THE SWIMMING POOL ONLY UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS.
MEN WEARING SWIMSUITS WILL HAVE ACCESS TO THE POOL.
WOMEN WEARING A ONE-PIECE OR TWO-PIECE SWIMSUIT WILL HAVE ACCESS TO THE POOL.
IMPORTANT !!!!!!
PEOPLE WEARING SWIMSUITS THAT COVER THE ENTIRE BODY, FROM HAIR TO ANKLES, WILL BE DENIED ACCESS TO THE POOL.
THIS TYPE OF SWIMSUIT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN BY THE INTERNAL RULES OF THE RESIDENCE WITHIN THE SWIMMING POOL.
