Great units

We stayed in both units and received great response from the hotel staff. Units are in decent shape and are a larger size than a typical hotel room. Would recommend if staying at the FB and would stay again.

Nice hotel

The hotel was very nice and the restaurants very good. The rooms are a little worn and the shower handle extremely loose. There is a small hole in the wall where the door apparently was opened too. hard prior to our stay. The description said the rooms were adjacent but ours were beside each other and it said 2 1/2 bathrooms and there were only 2. The outdoor patios have just 2 plastic chairs which were very old as well. With a few fixes and updates this could be a great vacation spot.

Disaster of a stay

The Fountainblue was so crowded they would run out of towels daily. Getting a seat at the pool was nearly impossible. The units shower didn’t work. Calling down or contacting the owners was a useless task. DO NOT STAY IN THESE ROOM. Unless you don’t care about taking a shower. If you don’t shower you are good. Enjoy

The guest stayed at the property during peak season, specifically President's week. For these dates, the hotel is at full occupancy and many guests are interested in staying during this time. This is also the situation at other hotels during President's week. It is a crowded week in general. With regards to the unit, there was no communication of any issue through the platform, directly to the business line, or notification from Owner Services that an issue needed to be addressed. We always have a maintenance personnel or other on-site personnel to handle any issues regarding the units that we manage. We have not received any other complaints regarding the shower of this unit before or after his stay.

Been 3 Times now - very nice

Little difficult getting information from owner- The rooms do not connect. There is not a full kitchen. But overall, they are very nice, You get a few extra amenities - like parking, spa and although this tower is a bit older- for the price, it is a decent deal. The other Tower is newer and rooms are a bit nicer. However, if you have never been, I would recommend this place to anyone
