The property was exactly like advertised and pictured. The property was a perfect base of operations for our large group. Access to all the hotel amenities worked without issue, and we enjoyed the pool and restaurant. The view from the 36th floor was spectacular! No issues at all during our stay, with the host or hotel.

Great place to stay

Huge place that fit 16 people perfectly. Would highly recommend staying here because of all the amenities & the location. Host was very communicative throughout the whole process.

Great Place / Check In Process Has Challenges

Loved this property. Clean, beautiful, close to everything. Remember when checking in. THESE ARE THE RESIDENCES at Hotel Fountainebleau, NOT the hotel. Hotel staff NOT HELPFUL. So, be in close contact with your property manager or 'owner management' team to ensure a smooth check in. Ours was obnoxious. After that, smooth sailing.
