A short 15 minute walk or a $5 Uber will get you anywhere downtown..Broadway, LP Stadium (Titans), Bridgestone Arena (Predators and major concerts), Ryman Auditorium, Musicians Hall of Fame to name a few. Germantown offers fine cuisine and quaint coffee shops as well as the First Tennessee Park (Sounds) for baseball fans.

After a day of experiencing Nashville, relax in our quiet condo overlooking the river. We offer all the amenities of home along with parking, a swimming pool, outdoor firepit sitting and grilling area, laundry facilities and a gym. Our unit is also located on the biking/running/walking Riverfront trail. Walk down to experience Riverfront concerts in the summer and unmatched fireworks on the 4th of July and New Year’s Eve.

This hidden gem is located on the second floor and accommodates 4 comfortably. It will provide you all the comforts of home as you visit our lovely city.

I love this condo because you can be in the hustle and bustle of downtown and not have to worry about driving or parking. At the end of a full day, it is so peaceful on the river and such a cozy place to relax after a full day.
