Newly renovated, one Bedroom one Bathroom riverfront condo fully updated with new walk-in shower and lighted mirror, new paint, windows and updated décor. Easy in and out with car travel, walking distance and fast Uber/Lyft (~$5) rides to lower Broadway, Germantown and area attractions.
The living space includes a leather queen, memory foam sleeper sofa, oversized leather chair & mounted flat screen TV.
The fully stocked kitchen consists of a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher & stove/oven. There is also a coffee pot with a start of drip coffee and Keurig cups provided. The bedroom features a king bed with a Tempur-Pedic Mattress, luxury crisp white linens and smart TV.
The unit has hardwood floors in the foyer, kitchen, living room and bedroom with a large area rug in bedroom.
High-speed Wi-Fi access and xfinity cable is provided for your entertainment and convenience.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Make sure the pool/fitness center key fob and the provided umbrellas are returned to their hook.
Please place used towels on the bathroom floor. You can leave the linens on the bed. Load and start the dishwasher.
Please remove all trash and place in large dumpsters on the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please remove shoes when entering as a courtesy to our neighbors below and to keep the floors clean for future guests.
Quiet hours are between 10pm and 9am - this is a residential complex and while many units are short-term renters, there are many permanent residents
Please don't put anything in the toilet other than toilet paper and place all trashbags in onsite dumpsters (not at stairwells) when leaving.

This was a great place to stay for a long weekend away in Nashville! Property was clean and close to tons of things to do. We walked and took ubers since parking can be very expensive in downtown Nashville. Host was amazing and thoughtful. Will definitely stay here again!

This made our 4th year in a row and once again we were not disappointed. This is just the cutest place with a great location. Very clean, comfortable, and Ryan and Julie are great hosts with superb communication. As for the location, we typically walk to and from Broadway (less than a mile), but with the rain this year we took the Uber approach (never had to wait). The area around the condo is really taking shape. We once again enjoyed our days listening to music among the hustle and bustle of Broadway and our evenings relaxing at the condo. It is always an added bonus to see different boats go up and down the river. We will be back!

We loved our stay! Such a great location - it is walking distance to Broadway and so many attractions. The unit was very clean and cozy. We loved the small balcony overlooking the river. It was so relaxing after a busy day seeing the sights. I loved how close we were to everything, yet we were just far enough away that it’s nice and quiet. We purchased this property based on the great community in which it is located, the unique and amazing location on the beautiful Cumberland River, the less than 10 minute walk to Broadway, the view of the city and proximity to the new Sounds Stadium. This location gives you all the access you are seeking, but provides a quiet location to return to at the end day.
