New additions to the game room are Air Hockey table, plus a Ms. PacMan cocktail table game and 150 arcade classes games.

Granite countertops in the both upstairs and downstairs kitchens with everything you need to prepare meals, including an air fryer, Keurig K -Cafe Coffee, Latte and Cappuccino maker and plenty of counter top space! Gas Blackstone grill on deck and charcoal grill in gazebo. There is also a new Blackstone Griddle on the upper deck and a new beverage cooler in the downstairs kitchen.

Location, Location, Location! Conveniently located 15 minutes from Cullman off I 65 exit 305. Across the water from Smith Lake Park, just a half mile off of CR222! Less than one hour from Birmingham or Huntsville, or two hours from Nashville!

Gently sloping lot with no steps to the water with one open boat slip for your convenience! There are also 2 Wave Runner slips available for the renter's use. No power on the dock. Water level on the lake begins lowering around July 4, however this property has a "chase the water" system, so you should always be able to get to your boat.
