"Split Rock Cove"- Located in Rock Creek

Discover absolute relaxation and fun at Split Rock Cove. Split Rock Cove is a terrific blend of comfort and cozy for your lake vacation. Split Rock Cove sets on a gradual slope over-looking the emerald waters of beautiful Smith Lake. Enjoy the view from the expansive deck, swim in the clear waters from your private dock, or if you prefer take a quiet secluded walk.

This 5 bedroom/3.5 bath home has an open eat-in kitchen, den and master suite on the main level. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances including a gas range and oven, microwave and dishwasher. Upstairs overlooks the den and has two bedrooms ( 1 king and 1 queen) that share a central bath. Downstairs you will find an oversized recreational room that leads to two additional bedrooms (1 king and 2 twins), a queen sofa bed and a full bath.

There are plenty of options if you just want to lounge outdoors. The den has access to an expansive lake side deck or a screened-in porch while the downstairs rec room leads out onto a covered lake side patio with gas grill.

• Rock Creek Marina is about 10 minutes by road and less than 5 minutes by water

Spring Break at Smith Lake

Spring Break at Smith Lake is our new family tradition and this house is our absolute favorite. The house is perfect for entertaining, spreading out, and just relaxing at the dock or fire pit! This property is always our first choice! The owners and manager are amazing, the house is always spotless, and so well appointed! We are already looking forward to our next stay!

Long weekend to get summer started

Our family has stayed at this property before and it our favorite on the lake! Great house, great location, and amazing outdoor space! We had the fire pit going every night! The floor plan is perfect for everyone to have their own space with killer views of the lake! Already looking forward to our next trip!

Split Rock did not disappoint!

Clean, well maintained home with plenty of room for our family of ten. Kitchen had everything you would need and plenty of towels and linens. Beautiful yard with easy access to the boat dock.

Wonderful getaway for family and friends

We had a wonderful time at Split Rock Cove with our family and extended family. The house is beautiful and well-appointed, with lovely grounds and features. Moms with little ones- the oversize laundry room is large enough to fit a pack n play into (which is such a huge help!). The hosts were so helpful with their quick responses to questions regarding the surrounding area as we planned our trip. We are already trying to figure out when we can return!

Family vacation

The house and property were perfect for my family, we had 8 adults and one child and plenty of room, the house had everything we needed and more, couldn’t have found a better place to stay! We all loved it! Easy access to water! Boat dock also was great, accommodated our two boats without any problems, great bumpers around dock as well. My adult children and nephew loved snorkeling around the rocks looking for fish!!

Perfect for us!

8 guys shared this property for 6 days of fishing on Smith Lake. Plenty of room and everything you need to relax, cook, prepare equipment, etc.. Multiple levels so you can always find time for yourself or gather in the open floor plan for food and sports on the TV. Spacious dock with better than average fishing form it. This is our second year in a staying at Split Rock and everyone in our party is agreeable that when we come back to Smith Lake, will will book again if possible.

We had a fantastic time! The house had everything you could want. For the twelve of us, including 4 kids under 6 years old, it was wonderful. The bunk beds and games were a hit with the kids. There was ample room sunbath and swim around the dock. Everyone loved jumping off the rocks near the dock as well. We will be back!

Relaxing Week at lake

Love the location and size as well as no stairs from dock. No power at dock and ice maker in kitchen doesn't work were only issues. Loved the bunk beds downstairs and how everyone in our group of 10 were able to have a great relaxing week.
