Small condo ideal for short break. Kitchen facilities a bit limited but we managed. We had no need to contact property manager. No option to say this on questionnaire
Great place for my ski trip with my two sons. Had everything we needed for our stay. Quick drive to Winter Park Resort. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tubs after each day of skiing.
Had a great time at Winter Park and in this unit. Thomas was great to work with and he even gave us a call when we arrived making sure we had everything we needed. Bus system was a plus and walks to downtown were fun too. We plan on staying here again in the future.

Only one block from bus stop to ski area, and within two to four blocks are multiple restaurants and bars. Some furniture outdated, but comfy bed and couch, and the place was very clean. Walk out thru the slider to a patio, and the river/creek is within 50 feet. Would stay here again for sure.
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Thomas' condo. It was cozy and had everything we needed. Super close to town and even walking distance to some restaurants
Loved it was 10 mins from Fraser and from the ski resort. Everything was easy to get to and it was so pretty. Only complaint is the bed wasn’t soft lol.
Check in time listed on web site and provided by owner were not congruent (3 pm and 4 pm). When I arrived, unit had not been cleaned - dirty towels in bathroom, bed not made, frig not clean, etc. Thomas responded quickly to my text and the cleaning service arrived within 30-40 minutes and did a great job, but my plans for the afternoon were disrupted. Once clean, bed and accommodations were comfortable. Kitchen supplies reasonable but could use more glasses. Check in and out procedure was otherwise fairly smooth.
Hi,
Perfect for us at a great value. We did not have a car. Took a shuttle (Grand Mountain Rides) from the airport that dropped us off ant the condo. Easy access to the mountain from the Blue shuttle line or from the main road from many other shuttle lines. There are several good restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. Condo itself if clean and cozy and worked well for my wife and son and myself. Could easily have had a 2nd kid as well. My son loved swimming at the rec center (indoor heated pool and hot tubs outside and inside). Met my expectations.
The condo was great for a couple for skiing. The condo is small but was fine for 2 people. All the utilities/appliances/TV worked well and we had everything we needed for cooking breakfast/coffee. The Rec complex was very nice. We used the outdoor hot tub and pool. The condo is just a block away from the Blue line Lift Ride bus stop. it was on time and was convenient to take you to the Winter Park Resort. Be sure to use the Courtesy Bus at Winter park resort to take you from where the Lift Ride buses drop off to the drop off location at the base of the Gondola Lift so you don't have to walk through the Village shops. We had a car so we could drive to restaurants in the evening, but if you don't have a car you could walk 3 blocks to the main road to use the Lift Ride to take you to restaurants in the evening. We liked The Noble Buck, Randi's Grill and Hernando's Pizza.
Thomas thank you for sharing your condo. I enjoyed a wonderful 3-night skication. The condo has everything you need: a full fridge, oven, and coffee maker. Parking is an open lot just next to the building. The location is within walking distance of Main Street to stop at a brewery or restaurant. I was able to take advantage of the recreation center with the access card provided. I hope to return!

This was a lovely spot where we were able to walk around and relax after a hard day of skiing! It had a full kitchen and Thomas encouraged us to feel at home. He had everything we needed in the flat. Given the opportunity I would absolutely go back! Also, loved the hot tub!!!!
This property is wonderful! It was the perfect cozy get away for our family. The fireplace was wonderful in the cold evenings. Having access to a large indoor heated pool and 3 hot tubs was a wonderful bonus as well. The owner was incredibly responsive about our check in time. The pictures and explanation on VRBO accurately reflect the property! We will be back!

Nice place but a bit dated. It was fine for a few days stay and close to food etc. Very quiet, peaceful setting.
Thomas' studio was absolutely perfect: perfectly located less than 10 minutes away from Winter Park resort and minutes away from downtown, restaurants, stores, shops, everything; perfectly situated in the community so that from a window you only see trees, a creek and snow; perfectly appointed and having everything two ski-hungry travelers on a spring break needed: comfortable bed, a sleeper, lots of pillows and blankets; wood fireplace for cozy evenings; full kitchen for having meals when we wanted them at home; ski closet and a tray for wet boots; and just about everything that makes you feel at home (very nice home). Additionally, the fact that the unit is on the ground floor made our lives much easier that week. We really enjoyed staying at Thomas' place, will come back any time!
The apartment was at the end of a cul-de-sac, so was nice and quiet with no passing traffic. It was warm and cosy and had all the amenities we needed for an extended stay. It's close enough for the shuttle bus to the skiing, and easy walking to bars and restaurants etc.

I am a working stiff that needs to be close to Denver during the week. I like to mountain bike and ride off road dirt bikes. This property solves all of my logistics issues. Winter Park is the place to be.
Why they chose this property
Close to everything. Mountain bike trails are very close and fly fishing is even closer. 20 steps and you are in the Fraser river, roll casting for trout. This unit isn't a fancy property, but it is clean. Come and enjoy the whir of the humming birds in the summer and the crisp fluffy powder in the winter.
