About this property

Large Glass Front with Beautiful Mountain Views

Rosita #3 is a two bedroom, two bath condo that can sleep up to six. This deluxe townhouse-style unit is three story with lots of front glass to overlook the Continental Divide. It is three miles from world-class skiing and is located on the complimentary shuttle bus route. This is a non-smoking unit and No pets allowed.

Hideaway Village is a sparsely populated condo association with only 110 units on 33 acres. The building is backed up to a forest of tall pines.

The kitchen is fully-equipped. There are private wood decks on the second and third floors. Large moss-rock fireplace with new gas logs. There are two queen beds and a queen-size pullout in the living room couch. The main bedding is 'world class' Tempur-Pedic mattresses. Nightly rates from $85 to $250. Completely remodeled in 2005.

The owner provides a free locker at the ski area that will hold four sets of skis, boots, and poles.

Everything there that was needed to cook with. Loved the decor. Only thing, was a lot of steps. Not great for us older folks, but my granddaughter loved having a room all to herself up at the top of the condo away from us old folks. The beds were pretty hard. Not the best mattresses, but not the worst Ive seen either.

The host was very responsive answering any questions I had. Location was great, just a short little walk to the shuttle stop and it was a very cozy cabin. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the tv could use an upgrade to a smart tv (if this one was, we weren't able to figure it out) and the pillows weren't very comfortable but that is also just personal preference. Would 100% stay here again though!
