See the ocean from every window with large deck for magnificent sunset viewing. Condo is on the top floor and south end of the building making it the most desirable unit with an elevator and two private parking spaces. Street parking available behind the building. There is a traffic light, bus stop and crosswalk directly in front of the building making it a safe place to cross on the way to the boardwalk and beach.

Close to several water/amusement parks and restaurants. Some of the most popular food destinations in Ocean City are nearby.

Begin your day with a fishing charter or rent watercraft sport vessels--jet skis, jon boats, or pontoon boats directly behind the condo at the marina.

Bring your own sheets and towels. Sheet and towel rental available upon request.
Lost/unreturned fees: key cards $50 per card; $50 per set of keys. Considered lost if not returned in trackable prepaid envelope 5 days post checkout.
Lost/unreturned key/key card fees will be deducted from refundable deposit. Local and State taxes additional and will be deducted from refund deposit
