New Studio for 2 people on a property of 800m², near downtown
Royan in a quiet and green area. Nearby beaches: Pontaillac, Vaux sur mer.
Independent of the main house.
Animals accepted. Secure parking. Covered terrace with garden furniture and green space.
• Private parking (one car),
• Shelters for bikes or other.
• Small barbecue.
• Private terrace located southwest and green space.
• Full kitchen.
• Male and female bikes at no extra charge (deposit).
Animals are accepted if well educated but we ask future tenants to notify us in advance. We have a large cultivated garden.
The neighborhood: Very well connected, near the city center and away from traffic jams, close to supermarket and bakery.
Bike ride at the end of the street. (bikes available).

We do not accept lunch, holiday and other checks or real estate agencies.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
