Royan in a quiet and green area. Nearby beaches: Pontaillac, Vaux sur mer.
Independent of the main house.
Animals accepted. Secure parking. Covered terrace with garden furniture and green space.

Help and guidance from Property Owners.

Well received. Beautiful gardens. Great advice with places to see and helpful directions. Got together for social gathering. Gave excellent help to our little dog who was able to mix with their exceptional friendly dog.Both Laurent and Areane very amicable.

Super logement pour une ou deux personnes, située au calme avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et disponibles à tout moment. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Très bon séjour

J’ai passé un super moment L’environnement était très sympa, le calme totale Les propriétaires ont été très accueillants et disponibles, d’ailleurs je l’ai remercie pour leur gentillesse durant mon séjour La maison était très sympa Au niveau de la localisation, on est à seulement 2km de l’océan Je vous recommande cette annonce si vous voulez passer de très belles vacances !!

Séjour de printemps très agréable

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans ce petit gîte accueillis par des propriétaires qui restent à notre disposition gentiment et discrètement. Ce gîte est idéalement situé pour visiter Royan la palmure de l’ile d’oleron.

Séjour de rêve !!!

C'était trop court. Un couple qui gère de main de maître: acceuil, installation, explications sur les modes de fonctionnement, sur les commodités, les sites proches, etc... 20/20. Des personnes que nous ne derangons jamais et qui nous veulent un séjour 5 étoiles !!!

Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et toujours prêt à nous conseiller pour de nouvelles visites ou balades aux alentours. Pour ce qui en est de l’appartement, le lit n’est pas confortable (encore pire avec des problèmes de dos), les lattes sautent dès que l’on s’assoit dessus. La chasse d’eau des toilettes doit être tirée 2 ou 3 fois pour fonctionner. La poignée pour les casseroles est trop grande et a lâché quand je l’utilisais (casserole remplie d’eau bouillante + pâtes). La piscine est plus une grande baignoire (on peut s’asseoir dedans). L’appartement en lui-même manque vraiment de place. Chiens autorisés mais attention de votre côté du jardin il y a un potager ouvert et ils ne doivent pas y aller .. en plus de ça aucune séparation avec la maison des propriétaires qui ont un chien également. Également beaucoup de fourmis sur la terrasse et dans l’appartement.

Un trop cours séjour à Royan

Presque la moyenne...

Bon séjour dans l'ensemble car le lieu est conforme à l'annonce. Cependant, le propriétaire s'est montré particulièrement exécrable à la fin du séjour et s'est permis d'être agressif et menaçant lors de notre dernier repas, pour très peu (à cause d'une pompe à eau de piscine capricieuse!) en nous accusant d'une détérioration sans preuve et sachant qu'aucune indication à ce sujet ne nous a été transmise au préalable (orale et/ou écrite). Attention donc au caractère du gérant : de mauvaise foi et doté d'un manque de flexibilité, il peut gâcher la fin des vacances ! Nota bene que le réfrigérateur reste assez petit et ne permet pas de congeler même à puissance maximale (attention donc aux glaces l'été). Par ailleurs, le rideau de douche met en avant des tâches de moisissures : la propreté laisse donc à désirer ! R&M

Super séjour !

Nous avons séjourné chez Laurent et son épouse pendant 2 semaines. Ce fut un super séjour, les propriétaires sont très sympa et Oscar le petit chien aussi ;) Je vous recommande ce logement, pour notre part on y retournera !

Un hébergement de choix

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le logement de Laurent et Irina qui nous ont réservés un accueil chaleureux dans un pied à terre calme, bien arrangé au cœur d'un jardin, très propre, bien situé avec une piscine entretenue. C'était un grand plaisir de faire leur connaissance. Rien ne manquait pour notre séjour dans leur maison. Bravo !
