Shipwatch Surf & Yacht Club is a popular Perdido Key resort that extends from beachfront to riverside, giving you options for your gulf coast getaway. You'll enjoy 2 pools, one Riverside and the other outdoor pool just across the street on the Gulfside. Perdido Key is just across the Alabama-Florida state line and offers you a quieter, family friendly area of the Gulf Coast for your next Getaway! Also, just a short walk from the world famous Flora-Bama. Boat owners will find a Boat/Kayak Launch & Slips, along with On-Site Boat Trailer Storage (boat slips available on a first come first serve basis, prior registration and other fees apply). Area activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

2. NO Smoking in home or on balcony
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of all Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. Docking or wet slip available on a first come first serve basis with trailer parking on site for $100 per stay. There is also a boat launch on site. Pre-registration is required.

Beautiful view of the bay

We enjoyed our stay here. It was updated and very clean. The backdoor balcony gave us a beautiful view of the bay. The walk to the beach was not too long. Booking and checking in was super easy. We never needed the hosts but knew that if we did, it would be easy to contact them. We would definitely stay again!

The condo was nice, just didn’t have amenities like salt and pepper shakers

The master bathroom light was messed up, the bedskirt was dirty and we couldn’t get the shade to pull down in the front bedroom because it was tied up. With a little more attention to detail I would stay here again.

Great location with great amenities

Thoroughly enjoyed this condo and am planning to return soon. Absolutely love the balcony views of Old River. I was also very pleased that my boat was able to launch at the boat ramp. The courtesy docks were more than adequate and there were fresh water hoses to flush your engine afterwards. Very quiet property with well kept landscaping. The location is great. Only 25 mins from Pensacola. Highly recommend.

Great property, the hot tub is under construction. Paid for trailer and kayak, property owner said they would take the other kayak off my trailer since I didn't pay for two boat tags. However, a boat on a trailer with a dingy, didn't need an additional tag. That's my only complaint. Great property, loved the balconies North and South, great restaurants walking distance away

Condo was as described and the location was great. We did have a few issues with the condo, musty odor upon entering, which did go away after awhile, lighting in hallway flickering, lighting in master bathroom flashing, and hall bathroom shower diverter wouldn’t pull up completely, so water was coming out the shower head and the faucet at the same time. We did report issues with shower and lighting, but never received a call back from maintenance.Construction was going on while we were there on the floor below us and was very loud! We would not have rented if we had known construction was going to be done during our stay.

The property has potential but the housekeeping was terrible. Floors were awful. Found dirty bra under a bed. The pictures need to be updated. The furniture is not the same as the pictures. Some worn and torn. Property management did not respond to cleaning issues.

Great weekend - loved this property!

Everything was just perfect! Agents at Beach Getaways were exceptional. The condo was clean, well-stocked and pretty. Having access to a boat launch and slip, along with a pool just made the trip. The only problem we had was with accessing the launch itself. Thanks for a great weekend - we will definitely be back!!

It was exactly what we were looking for in a vacation rental. Very nice location convenient to everything really but very peaceful at the same time. The unit was very nice with great amenities. It was cleaned very well. I had to call Beach Getaways with a couple of questions and they were extremely helpful and understanding. Would recommend if chillaxing is what you are looking for in a rental and great service.
