About this property

Cozy, detached cottage with an artist's studio (Poterie Terre-Dé-Stress)

Pleasant in all seasons, we rent a large studio on the ground floor of 28 m° independent with all comforts with terrace surrounded by plantations. Suitable for 3 adults or couple with 2 children.
Ideally located outside the pretty Provencal village of Rognes, 17 minutes from Aix en Provence, near Luberon and not far from the sea.

Description:
- The terrace is sheltered from the sun, equipped with a mister, garden furniture, electric barbecue,
- Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, multifunction oven, fridge-freezer, induction hob, washing machine and small appliances.
- 1 double bed 160/200 and a BZ sofa, storage, television.
- Sanitary facilities: walk-in shower + sink, washbasin and separate toilet.
- Electric heating, air conditioning, depending on the season.

- The 5000 m° plot is enclosed and wooded, with free access, a secure swimming pool of 10 m by 6 m, a spa, deckchairs, hammocks on request (to be shared with another studio), a bowling green, children's games.
- Several very beautiful walks, starting from the house in the vineyards to be done on foot or by bike.
- Activities if desired, attached to the gîte: Introduction to pottery in our workshop, as well as introduction to Nordic walking (loan of sticks) and accompanied visits to the region and cellars.

Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique. Le gîte est impeccable, propre et très bien équipé. La piscine est magnifique et d'une propreté irréprochable. Le jardin est splendide. Le gîte est situé dans un quartier calme et charmant. Et surtout, les hôtes sont d'une gentillesse incroyable ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter!

Belle location dans une belle propriété, proche d’Aix et du Lubéron

Excellent séjour à l’ombre des chênes verts. Marie est une hôtesse très attentive et prévenante, qui s’est mise en quatre pour faciliter notre séjour. Logement au calme, très bien équipé et doté de toutes les commodités. Très bonne literie. Les chênes verts et les ventilateurs sont largement suffisants pour tempérer la chaleur du mois d’août. Nous avons bien profité de la grande piscine et du spa. Enfin, le logement est très bien situé pour visiter Aix et les villages et marchés provençaux du Lubéron.
