In a charming Provençal village at the foot of the Alpilles, you will appreciate this totally independent rental in a very quiet and green area. The house is semi-detached with the owners' house. All amenities and leisure and relaxation sites are within walking distance (bus, train, shops, market, restaurants, park, etc.).
The village is located 10 minutes by transport from Salon de Provence, whose cultural heritage is exceptional and which offers visits and walks between Provençal tradition and modernity. Very lively in summer.
Less than 40 minutes away, the 1st beaches are available to you, but also destinations of interest such as Arles, the Camargue, St Rémy and Les Baux de Provence, Avignon, Mont Ventoux and the Luberon, Aix en Provence, and of course Marseille, the creeks, the blue coast...
The owners will be happy to offer you their best advice adapted to your desires (culture, sports activities, gastronomy, local specialities, amusement parks...)

The rental can accommodate 4 to 6 people.
It has two bedrooms. One on the ground floor (140 x 200 bed) and another upstairs, which is accessed by a narrow spiral staircase, ideal for 1 or 2 children (2 80 x 200 beds; an extra bed is available in addition). The bedrooms are equipped with a fan.
The kitchen open to the living room is functional and equipped with an oven, a microwave, 2 induction hobs, a fridge with freezer top, toaster and capsule coffee machine.
A terrace extends the downstairs bedroom and the kitchen: ideal for a breakfast or a shaded aperitif.
The living room has a dining table, sofas, including a sofa bed offering a real 2-seater bed (comfortable), coffee table, television and a ceiling fan. It opens onto a pleasant outdoor area for sunbathing or enjoying your meals in the shade of a parasol.
To cool off, you can enjoy the swimming pool (12m2, 1m40 deep). It harmoniously extends the open living area, however this configuration presents a danger for young children and those who cannot swim (even if it is equipped with a regulatory alarm system).
The bathroom is divided into 2 separate areas: each space is equipped with a shower and 2 sinks. The configuration is very practical while respecting everyone's privacy.
Bed linen and towels are included

Events – noisy festivities are not allowed. Quiet is required from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.

No cleaning fee is charged to guests. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean.
