A beautiful villa in a peaceful area. The hosts are superb and make every day very special..

The villa was ideal for our family of four. The swimming pool is fabulous and very well maintained, as are the surrounding gardens. The air conditioning inside the villa was important to us, as we stayed in a period of 35C degrees heat. The villa is very well situated to explore The Luberon in Provence and the Blue Coast, all within 45 minutes drive. Velaux is a quiet and peaceful location, which was ideal for us to relax in. The hosts are very welcoming and experienced. They are friendly and make every effort to recommend good places to visit, to help you enjoy your stay. They also respect the tenants' privacy at all times. I highly recommend this property and the area. We hope to return again soon!

Excellent hosts!

We spent 2 wonderful weeks in Provence. The whole time we stayed at the property hosted by Francoise and Bernard, as the base, and travelled by car to many places in Provence. They were excellent hosts. Every time (even late in the evening) we had a question and/or request, Francoise replied to us within minutes. If we didn't see the reply, she would knock at the door to make sure we got the assistance we needed. The place is big enough for 4 people and it is very clean. The weather was great and we ate every day at the table on the outside patio. Several times, when we returned late in the evening, we found a vase on the table with fresh flowers picked directly from their garden. The outside area and the pool are very nice too (unfortunately, the water in October is a bit too cold to swim in the pool). If you have any questions about where to buy food in Velaux or what to do in Provence, just ask; both Francoise and Bernard have lots of tips to offer. If you can't speak French, it'd be quite helpful to have Google Translate on your phone or speak some Spanish (or, better yet, learn some French). One way or another, you'll manage to communicate. Appliances are not the latest gadgets in the world, but they are more than good enough for a vacation place. Overall an excellent experience and we would wholeheartedly recommend staying "chez Francoise et Bernard". They are the type of hosts who go beyond what's usually expected and I don't think you'll regret it. Merci!

Sehr nette unaufdringliche Vermieterin. Tolle großzügige Terrasse, großer Pool mit einigen Liegen. Für unseren Sohn gab es ein Babybett, einen Hochstuhl und sogar eine Spielküche.

Un petit coin de paradis pour une semaine passee chez Françoise et Bernard. Accueil tres chaleureux, proprete de lappartement, tout est a disposition. Le grand plus la grande piscine dont nous avons pu disposer librement. Séjour parfait !!

Le gîte est très agréable, d'une propreté impeccable, literie au top ! Tout est parfait, fin octobre déjeuner, diner sur la terrasse. Même si les propriétaires habitent sur place, ils sont si gentils, si prévenants qu'il n'y a absolument aucune gêne. Nous avons vraiment passé un séjour génial !!!

Dejligt sted.

Fin lejlighed med stor og god pool.Dejligt område omkring poolen og en fin terrasse ,som vi tilbragte mange timer på.Værtsparret Francoise og Bernard meget opmærksomme og hjælpsomme. Nemt til bager og supermarked i gå afstand. Vi var der i 2 uger og et ophold i Velaux i dette velholdte hus og have kan varmt anbefales. Eddy og Eddie Knægt

De l'accueil au départ ,nous n'avons rencontrer aucun problème, l'extérieur est très bien entretenu , Francçoise est très accueillante et l'écoute des vacanciers, elle m'a même dépanné pour un problème de couture.

Sejour reposant

Françoise et Bernard sont des hôtes charmants , agréables , d'un contact facile et de plus très discrets. Le logement a tout ce qu'il faut pour assurer un confort maximum. Le cadre est joli, si on aime la marche , la colline tout proche nous tend les bras , notre chien Rémus y a pris beaucoup de plaisir , il a pu faire ami-ami avec la chienne des propriétaires. Bref le temps est passé trop vite. bernard et fabienne

Tres déstabilisés par l'annonce qui mentionnait 2 SDB alors qu'il n'y en avait qu'une, explications pas convaincantes de la propriétaire, mais qui est en cause, Abritel ? Désagrément vite oublié par le cadre, les lieux à visiter et surtout par l'amabilité, l'ecoute ,la disponibilité des propriétaires, tout en restants très discrets.A recommander +++.
