200 Steps To Somewhere features a private pool and welcomes up to two dogs per reservation year-round. Amenities include five flat screen TV's (three TV's have cable), two DVD players, one Blu-ray player and wireless internet. There are also movies, games and books to enjoy during your stay.

Enjoy the partial ocean view from the front deck and the two front bedrooms. There is also a partial view of Davis Canal from back the deck and the two back bedrooms.

Outdoor amenities include an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, two large porches with seating and a charcoal grill. This vacation rental is on a corner lot that allows quick access to the beach and to the nature walkway. This vacation rental is just under a half mile from Ocean Crest Pier and the adjoining Island Way Restaurant, a great spot for waterfront dining.

Nightly rentals are welcome in off season when you stay two nights or more.

Had a great time at this house

We had a great time staying at 200 Steps to Somewhere. It was a very short walk to the beach and a very quite location. The private pool was also a big plus. We enjoyed the open layout of the house and the beds were very comfy. We would definitely stay there again.

Short walk to the beach and awesome pool to relax or play volleyball! The house is clean and kitchen well stocked. The furniture could use an update. Overall loved this location!

Wonderful stay!

We loved 200 steps. It was perfectly located between the beach and waterway. Both were just a short walk. You can see the ocean from the front porch and the pool at the property is super convenient and well kept. This place was extremely clean and had everything we needed to have a good time. We'll definitely be coming back next year.

We have no kids, so our animals are our family. Having the ability to go on vacation with our babies is essential. This home was very clean, and didnt smell like past pet visitors at all. The proximity to the beach, and the addition of the pool were fantastic! We felt as comfortable as we would at home! The only thing I would change is the keypad door lock, it took 4 attempts because the buttons dont light up or give you an indication they have been touched so you have to start over. We already decided, this should be a yearly season trip. Fantastic home within 2-1/2hrs is an easy choice. Thank you

great house and great location

We had a nice stay at this property! Truly steps from the beach. Kitchen is fully stocked and then some with everything you need. the layout is perfect with two bedrooms and a bath in either side of the house with kitchen and living area in between. A nice little surprise was finding a bird rehabilitation right across the street. We were able to visit and hear about their rescue and rehab work anna also got to watch them feed the rescue pelicans. Definitely would rent again!

We arrived at 3:55, the lock did not engage until 4 pm, no big deal sans we had ice cream. The good thing we were able to meet the cleaning lady who took a few minutes to show us around the house and explain what we needed to do at checkout. The kitchen has pans and such, but did not have paper towels, cooking spray, charcoal (for grill) and only two rolls of TP. The listing probably said that, but regardless it was the only inconvenience. We loved the pool, which was cleaned twice during our stay, and the outdoor shower with hot/cold water. The TV / remote system is hard to navigate, but there were plenty of DVDs which we enjoyed. There were plenty of clean towel and complimentary laundry pods. Overall the house is a great value, clean, close to the beach, and a great pool.

Family bonding time

Our trip was to remember my father and brother on the year anniversary of their passing. The home was perfect and our 4 college aged sons played volley ball non stop. The house is comfortable and the location perfect. We love that our family dog could come too. We will definitely return soon.
