New home w/ huge pool, 2 min walk to beach!

Marsh & Ocean views-Loads of space to relax on four porches and watch the sun set over the marsh. Inverted floor plan maximizes views. Private beach access for Sunshine Ln. 3-4 min walk from door to toes in the surf.

Oversized pool has toddler play area/sun deck

*Pool Policy: Overnight temps must be in the high 50`s at least. Heater usually maintains 10-20 degrees above outdoor temp, available May-October (& often April & November) for an additional fee.



*Cause we know how it is to pack the family car for a beach trip, we provide: Toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, laundry and dish detergent, trash bags, and much more.*



Very kid friendly with toys and games, books, two toddler trundle beds (one under each King bed), pack n play, toddler dining booster seat, baby gate. Various bikes and helmets, beach wagon, camp chairs, and beach toys are available for use. Smart lock entry

Master bedroom with king, queen bedroom, bunk room and laundry located on the first floor. Second king bedroom and its bathroom, kitchen and great room located on second floor.

Small community on a narrow island. No high rises makes for a quiet, less populated beach.



Parking for 5 cars in driveway. Car needed to get to stores and shops.



We know packing for travel, especially with kids, can be frustrating. We strive to provide as much as we can for our guests. Unlike most beach houses, we provide most personal and household products, some of which include: Shampoo, conditioner, kids shampoo, body wash, cleaning products, laundry and dish detergent, paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Beautiful house! Jandy was so responsive to my messages. When there was a problem with the TV she had someone there the next morning to install a brand new one. Wonderful host! We all enjoyes our stay.

Our family had a wonderful time at our stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. The property had everything we needed and all 5 of us greatly enjoyed it. The house is incredibly close to the boardwalk to the beach and easy to access. The property was clean and the hosts responsive. We had a wonderful time and would happily book Gone Coastal again for our next trip to Holden.

Great House!

We had a great stay and will plan to return. The quick walk to the beach and the pool made for a great vacation. The house had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and we enjoyed time together on the porches and upper floor. Host was great - helpful & communicative.

Fantastic Stay

Our extended family had a wonderful visit. The home easily accommodated the eight of us and the kids loved having a large pool to play in. The walk to the beach was short and easy and extras, like having a beach wagon, chairs, and sand toys was an unexpected delight. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Perfect Perfect Perfect

One of the best value's we've gotten at Holden Beach. It's not dated, everything is new, and updated, and the pool was awesome! Jandy was very attentive as well with what few requests we had. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great Getaway

Only able to stay a couple of days, but we enjoyed ourselves. Bedding is extremely comfy and overall experience was great. The owner was very helpful when we couldn't get the lock to work and got us inside within a few minutes. The beach was a short walk and the pool was a great addition and used both days by the kids.

We had a wonderful family beach vacation. The property was very clean and was everything that it had been advertised to be. The house has a ton of windows making it light and bright. Everything felt very new and updated in the house. We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen and fed our group of 10 all week. The pool was a big hit and is quite large for a beach house. It was a quick walk to the beach which was convenient. Sheets and linens were provided which was really nice. Communication with Jandy was exceptional. I would definitely stay at Jandy’s house again.

We had a very good time and enjoyed our stay. There are a few things that probably should be addressed:1. Tv on 3rd floor living room does not work. Screen doesn’t light up but only flashes occasionally.2. Water dispenser in fridge doesn’t work3. Shelf supports for shelf in fridge are broken.4. 3rd floor Bath Room shower curtain is mildewed.5. 3rd floor Master Bedroom chest missing drawer knobs.6. No hangers or hanging space in closet on 3rd floor.7. No hand soap in master bathroom on second floor.Like we said, good stay but need to address these few things.

Beautiful stay

We had such a wonderful time. We celebrated a weekend with family and it was so nice. The outdoor pool, the location to the beach, the decks. This house was beautiful and well appointed with nearly every thing that you need. Large generous rooms after the first flight of stairs, alarms and upper lock to help notify you if your child exits (such a relief to have). One master room upstairs on the kitchen and living room level with a deck on either side. Communication with the host was quick and thorough. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Weekend stay for a wedding

The house was very comfortable, tastefully decorated, and comfortable beds. View out the kitchen window is amazing and will make you want to wash dishes. Our 7 year old loved the kids room. It's a great place to stay. Close to the water nice balconies you can sit on and hear the ocean at night. Beautiful house would stay again. Great job.

Great house and owner. Very easy check and communication. House was very well stocked and the pool is amazing. The beach access was really close and made it easy to get all our beach stuff to the ocean. Good parking for our cars. Would definitely put this in our top beach house rentals!!

Quiet Getaway

The house was on a quiet, residential, dead end street, which made it perfect for the kids to play outside and ride bikes. The pool was a huge hit. Easy access to the beach, and the wagon with toys provided made it extra easy to lug all of our stuff to and from the beach. One minor repair needed when we arrived and it was tended to very quickly and without issue. We would love to stay here again!

Amazing Week!

Thank you for this amazing opportunity. The house was beautiful. My kids and family really enjoyed the pool. The views off 1 of either 4 decks was great. My Dad turn 60 and he said it was one of the best trips he has every been on. Thank you for making our trip so great! You should receive 100000 stars as this trip was amazing!

Will Keep Coming Back

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It was just as amazing this time as the first time we stayed. Everything you could need plus more is provided. The kids loved all the various toys available to play with both outside of the house and within the house. The owner is so very responsive to any need/issue that may arise during the stay. This will be the first house we look to book when we plan our next trip!
