2nd level w/ elevator. CCTV w/extended cable, Blue Ray player, TVs in all rooms. Master suite w/walk-in shower and double sinks. Ceiling fans throughout, hardwood floors in living/dining rooms, ceramic tile in kitchen and baths. Beautiful ocean views and sunsets from covered balcony. Conveniently located across the street from the beach and restaurants, walking distance to additional restaurants and shopping. Directly across from Oak Island Pier; great for fishing. Seasonal pool and hot tub, grill and picnic area. Private walkway and gazebo across the street leading to the beach.

The Yaupon Dunes pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

Please note that the elevator is unavailable until about March 22, 2026.

Though pets are not allowed, please note that dogs may be present during an owner stay for those guests who are allergic to pets.

Overall very nice property. Extremely short walk to the beach/pier. However the rooms are very very bright dude to street lights and an outside hallway light (not in your control) which made sleeping difficult. Would recommend brining a eye mask! Otherwise fantastic stay!
