The main living space is located on the second floor. The tile-walled kitchen is equipped with a center island gas range and plenty of counterspace. In addition to desirable features like a free-standing ice maker and wine cooler, you’ll find everything you need to prepare the catch of the day or a family-favorite recipe, and enough space for everyone to eat comfortably. A sturdy square wooden dining table seats 12, and the round glass table with corner bench seating and additional chairs is the perfect spot for the younger group members to gather for more lively conversation.

The kitchen flows into the huge living area, flooded with natural light and featuring views straight across the decks to the rolling waves of the Atlantic. Spread out across two couches, a love seat and plenty of arm chairs to while away the hours in conversation, or enjoy a movie or favorite show on the wall-mounted flatscreen TV, which includes a YouTube TV account for guest access and the ability to sign into your personal accounts on other streaming platforms. For your convenience, you’ll also find a half bath located on this floor, along with two bedrooms connected by a full bathroom. All full bathrooms in this home feature a step-in shower. There is a second full-sized refrigerator and microwave in the entry way beyond this room to make grabbing a drink or a quick snack a breeze, and down the hall you’ll find a final half bathroom that also contains the washer and dryer.

Of course, you’re almost guaranteed to spend as much time outside this home as you are inside! Expansive porches wrap around three sides of this home. The front porch facing the sound is partially covered and has a pergola with an outdoor dining set situated beneath. The side porch is partially shaded and features a pair of Adirondak chairs. The oceanfront covered porch offers front row seats to watch for dolphins playing in the waves beyond, and a second pergola complete with another dining set allows for intimate sunset dinners al fresco.

Your private wooden beach access beckons to the dune top deck, with built-in bench seating located at the halfway point. The multi-level platform deck with wooden baby gates has plenty of sturdy chairs and provides the perfect perch to watch older kids on the beach without worry that your dog or toddlers will make a sudden break for the waves beyond. There’s even a built-in oyster bar to make this the ultimate seaside dinner spot. On the ground level of the home, you’ll find an additional seating and BBQ area to enjoy.
