This superb log style lakefront was designed with comfort in mind for guests of all ages. We have plenty of amenities that will make your next trip to Big Bear a memorable one. There are high vaulted ceilings and log accents throughout. Several large windows allow the great room to be filled with plenty of natural light and offer a breathtaking view of outdoors. From here you can access the back deck, BBQ and picnic table. The entrance level also has a master bedroom with a full bathroom, shuffle board, laundry room, and another full bathroom off the living room for added convenience. The rest of the bedrooms are upstairs along with the pool table, a foosball table, and a work desk. There are a variety kids books available and the loft is a great lounging spot for children. There is a flat screen TV in every bedroom. The TV's are Netflix/Hulu ready. We have Apple TV available which puts a vast library of movies and music at your disposal.

This centralized area is walking distance to Meadow Park, the swim beach, restaurants and convenience stores. It's less than 2 miles from skiing and snowboarding, and downtown Big Bear (the Village). NOTE: There's no boat dock available and no access to the water. Our guests can launch or temporarily park their boats at one of the local marinas. The Big Bear Marina is the closest one and it's less than 2 miles away.

Q: How do we check-in?
A: Detailed instructions on how to check-in are sent in the confirmation email. You are required to follow the check-in instructions provided. The confirmation email has the address of the rental, check-in instructions and any other information pertaining to check-in. Please let us know if you’ll be arriving afterhours.

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?
A: Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 10am. During the Christmas and New Year holiday period (Dec 18-Jan 3), check-in is at 4pm due to high demand.

Q: Can I bring more than the maximum number of guests specified on the listing?
A: No. The maximum occupancy allowed for this home is 10 adults and 6 children. The limits are strictly enforced and may not be exceeded at any time during your stay.

A: No. The maximum number of vehicles allowed is 4. The limits are strictly enforced and may not be exceeded at any time during your stay.

Q: Are linens and towels provided?

Q: Is there a hot tub?
A: Hot tub might be available for your stay. Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Hot tub must remain covered while not in use.

Q: Do I need chains? Will there be snow during my stay?
A: Always carry chains in your vehicle if your trip falls between November and April. Our guests can check weather and road conditions in real time by clicking on the links in their confirmation email. We can’t accurately predict when there will be snow.

Q: Is the garage available?
A: The garage is not available for use.

Q: Is the firewood provided?
A: The fireplaces are for decorative purposes only and not available for use.

Q: Do you provide propane for the BBQ?
A: The BBQ is connected to the natural gas. It’s ready to be used on-demand without the need of a tank.

Q: Do I need to take my trash at the end of the stay?
A: Yes. In accordance to City Ordinance all guests must take the trash to a disposal site at the end of the stay. Trash bags and directions to the disposal site are available at the cabin.
