About this property

Old Town Family Friendly Retreat!!

The Cajetan property is a great house in a great location. We are a very short walk/bike/uber ride to Old Town Fort Collins and all the associated shopping, restaurants and entertainment. New Belgium and O'Dell breweries are very close. The Poudre River trail system is even closer. The new whitewater park is practically across the street. Come experience the Colorado lifestyle and all it has to offer!

The main living space is an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room boasts a fireplace, leather couch and Flat screen TV with ROKU for your streaming needs. Chef kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, coffee maker, dishwasher, and all the associated kitchen ware. Kitchen comes stocked with oil, spices and coffee.

Upstairs are 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The 1st master suite features an oversize bedroom area with king bed. The view of 14,000+ foot tall Longs Peak from this bedroom is wonderful. The 1st master bath has a spa like shower with double shower heads, an oversize jetted tub and a large vanity with double sinks.

The second master bedroom has a large bath with double vanity sinks and a queen sized bed. Bedroom 3 has a twin sized bed and Bedroom 4 has a crib. A queen sized inflatable mattress is available.

All bedrooms are equipped with comfortable sheets, bedding and towels.

The yard comes with a comfortable patio set where you can enjoy a BBQ with family and friends. The yard also has a play set for the kiddos to enjoy.

Please note that the house is cleaned professionally between stays and all linens are professionally laundered every time. Washer, dryer, laundry detergent, iron board and iron are available for your use if you need them!

Traveling with kids? We’ve got you covered! We have a crib, extra crib mattress, plenty of books, and lots of toys available if you need them.

Fort Collins Hideaway

There were 6 staying on property and all had a very enjoyable time. While most of it was spent in and around Fort Collins, the time at the property was great. Very clean, all the kitchen supplies necessary and accessible. I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Fort Collins. Close to several local breweries and easy access to I-25 or 287.

Great book club getaway place

Nice big sectional sofa, nice kitchen that was well stocked. Loved the patio time! Lots of room upstairs for us all. Highly recommend!

Great stay

We had a great stay at this house during homecoming weekend. It was a great size for all five of us staying to be totally comfortable. They say 7 can stay here that is absolutely the case. The owners were more than accommodating. We really enjoyed staying here.
