We decorate for Christmas in December!
This is a beautiful three bedroom, two bathroom home with a fully stocked kitchen, great outdoor space, board games, a music room with a piano, three smart televisions and easy access to your Netflix/Amazon/Hulu accounts as well as DVD players and a collection of DVDs. Master and main living space has mood lighting. Basic cable and free wifi provided.

The house is 3 miles from the University of Memphis and only blocks from Whole Foods, Sprouts, Kroger, and Superlo grocery stores. World-famous Gus' Fried Chicken and Gibson's Donuts are just a couple minutes away. Folk's Folly is nearby, as well as the Paradiso movie theater and great shopping.

The home was wonderful. They did a fantastic job renovating an older home to have all the amenities needed while keeping the sweet charm of an era in the past. The home felt very safe and our four kids enjoyed having a fenced back yard to run around in while staying. We would highly recommend this property.

We were very pleased with our stay. The house was even decorated for Christmas! We enjoyed the piano and two living rooms, plus little touches of hospitality such as tissues, choice of pillows, extra throws and blankets, iron and hairdryers, coffee. My only complaint is that we had three adults and planned on each having a bedroom. The third bed is kid sized, small, low and hard, so my grown daughter slept on the couch in the living room.

Great weekend getaway!

We had a great weekend in Memphis. Property was exactly as described, clean and cute decor! We didn’t have any problems with the hot water, we had 4 adults who all showered at the same time. Would recommend this property and choose it again, looked like some great restaurants nearby we would check out next time. We took an Uber to Beale street, was about 20-25. Had a great time! Owner was great about communicating and very responsive!

Enjoyable space and nice location in Memphis.

This was a cute house. Each bedroom was private and we had no problem sharing 2 bathrooms. Only problem was only one person at a time could shower as the main bedroom's shower hugged the hot water. But we enjoyed the back patio, livingroom to play games, and shared meals around the nice sized dining room table. We also liked that it didn't take long to get down town. We loved it.

This was a perfect rental as far as location, spacious room, cleanliness with fully functional kitchen including cooking essentials, dishes etc. There was little notes all over to welcome you and the check in process was easy and simple. This house is super cute and comfortable! The kitchen is well stocked and the owner even thought to put bug spray by the back door. The beds were comfortable and they even had an air bed made ready for my kids. The only downside of this house is the busy street... but overall a great experience and we would definitely come back! Girls Weekend

House had everything we needed. I inquired about hair dryers the day before our visit and Rachel purchased two hair dryers for the house before we arrived. Very accommodating. Stayed here for a concert in Tunica and so glad we didn't stay at one of the casinos in Tunica because there is nothing close to the casinos except gambling. Location was convenient (15-20 min drive) for all the attractions we checked out (i.e., Beale Street, Graceland, Pro Bass).
