House was as described, bedrooms were large, and had everything needed in a quiet neighborhood. Good for families! Property manager was fast to respond to anything we needed. This house was a good location to not be in downtown but close enough to everything! Would stay here again if in Memphis.
This home is classic Memphis. From it's charming layout with ample front porch, a welcoming and gracious host with a location walking distance to unique cuisine and local food, music at a brewery and shopping this home was super ideal. Located minutes from Downtown, Overton Park, The Zoo and all the sites to see this home was an easy choice. Nice neighbors too!
Loved the access to Crosstown Concourse, downtown and Rhodes College. The house worked perfectly for our family of six. Super clean and comfortable.

Beautiful home with lots of charm, character and space. We had a great attentive host that welcomed us and checked in. I would definitely use this property and host again.
First of all the owner was amazing and had great communication with him. The house is very nice, clean and close to any and all attractions in Memphis. The neighbors are very friendly. I highly recommend staying here.
The rooms were clean and very beautifully decorated. We were amazed with the pleasant smell when we walked into the house. Everything was in order. The host was very pleasant and easily accessible.
The only problem we had with this property there was quite a bit of broken glass close to the house in the back yard which could be harmful to pets or children. Other than that, our stay was quite pleasant. There was a lot of room inside the house, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet.
Had a great time in Memphis! First time visiting. The house and the host were the best. A older home but brought up to date. Everything was within minutes of the house. Even found a brewery within walking distance. The host was good at reaching out to make sure everything was good. Would definitely stay at this house again.
