Perfect for large families!

This penthouse was absolutely perfect for our group of 8! We especially loved the private rooftop pool—it was such a great spot to relax and hang out. The space was incredibly spacious, making it comfortable for everyone. We also really enjoyed the restaurant and bar downstairs. They had live music and a great happy hour, which made the evenings even more fun. Highly recommend!

You will not be disappointed!

Everything about the property was better than advertised. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, but found numerous restaurants both within walking distance and further away on the island with excellent cuisine when we chose to eat out. I do recommend renting a golf cart to enjoy all the island has to offer. The property manager and concierge were extremely helpful and quick to reply to all of our questions and needs.

Don't pass this one up!

Top floor penthouse with 3 excellent sized bedrooms. Rooftop deck with a pool and awesome views! Check in was simple, the stay was amazing and we will be staying here again. We have always rented a house when going to Isla but reading the reviews for this villa had us try it out and it didnt disappoint. Great Cantina downstairs and semi underground parking for scooters or a golf cart. Great island location too!

Beautiful condo

The condo was absolutely amazing. Only one kind of negative thing was the master bedroom bed was incredibly uncomfortable, however the condo was fully stocked. Had plenty of water available to drink. Perfect location in the middle of the island. Pool was nice to use on hot days. Also enjoyed using the Cantina on the main floor.

Outstanding stay!

This is absolutely a gem on the island. The pictures and listing do not even do it justice. Everything was extremely clean, the condo has everything we needed (towels, kitchen supplies, cooler, toilet paper, etc.), and the property management was quick to respond. We also really appreciated that the condo has filtered water running to the refrigerator which is such a convenient feature. The views are incredible from both directions, everything is comfortable, and the location is great. We would stay here again!

Great place to stay away from the hustle of Isla

The pictures did not do the property justice. The sounds of the ocean put me to sleep every evening. It was peaceful. There is a bar on the first floor that serves food. You can have food brought up to the room. Beyond that, it is several blocks to the next restaurant. It is the quieter side of the island which we prefer. I will rent this property again in the future.

What’s not to like in a penthouse condo, with a private roof top pool? Checkin was a breeze, the condo was well stocked with every necessity and the views from all rooms facing the Caribbean Sea are amazing. Don’t pass this one up!

Fantastic penthouse

The property is fantastic, the owners are amazing and the only reason we didn’t stay here for the entire trip was because the elevator was out of service and we had 2 older folks that had recent knee and hip surgeries and the stairs were not kind to them. The owners sprang into action and got us moved to the most beautiful private residence that was literally on the cliffs edge of the water. This was by far the absolute best vacation ever!

An Absolute Paradise

The advertised photos don’t even begin to do this place justice! The view and sounds of the carribean sea surround you everywhere you go on the property. The upstairs private pool has an amazing view and is so refreshing! The balcony view of the sunrise is unmatched and the sunset views from the upstairs pool are amazing as well. There is a waterside trail just downstairs that is wonderful during the sunrise. Walking distance to Fuego de Mar restaurant (delicious). Can't say enough good things about this place. Alex the property manager is very nice and quickly responsive. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Amazing Vacation. New favorite VRBO

Wow! Is all I can say! This was our 4th trip to the island and it was our favorite vacation in the past 10 years. The home is gorgeous, the pool and view are stunning. The bar and restaurant right downstairs was amazing! I can’t say enough good things about the property and staff! They handled everything from the transportation to and from the rental property all the way to our golf cart rental. The only constructive criticism I have is the beds were a little hard and uncomfortable but everything else outweighed that negative by a mile! We are ready to book again!

An island dream oasis

This beautiful penthouse was a dream! The property was immaculate and beautifully decorated. There were 7 of us - 4 adults and 3 kids - and there was plenty of room for us to be very comfortable. There were four different TVs and fast internet. The kitchen was well appointed and we enjoyed cooking many great meals together there. The beds were very comfortable. The views are spectacular! My only complaint would be that the temperature of the pool was quite warm and we would have loved a cool pool on those hot days. But the larger shared pools on the property were much cooler and worked great for cooling down:) Anytime we had a concern, the property manager or concierge addressed it immediately. Thank you so much to our amazing hosts, property manager and concierge for making us feel like royalty!

Everything was very nice, clean and well appointed. Toilets do not flush well. Roof top bathroom didn't work at all. We told property manager but it wasn't fixed during our stay. Only cold showers in hall bathroom no matter what time of day you tried. Master bathroom was only bathroom that shower was hot.
