The house, on two levels, has 3 bedrooms double / twin and bathroom upstairs, large
living room with fireplace, kitchen and bathroom with shower downstairs.
All the bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning and are equipped with TV with SKY decoder Independent (sky subscription not included).

The house has a large garden (about 800 square meters total) with entrance with automatic gate, with wide back porch, deck with barbecue and
table to accommodate 10 people in comfort.

At about 300 meters from the sea, the house is situated in a village among the most renowned in the area (Communion Pineta Is Morus), where it is available giorchi park, bar, football, soccer, basketball, tennis, volleyball and bocce. The beach can be reach on foot in 5 minutes, without leaving the village and without the need to cross busy roads

Pace d tranquillità

La casa con giardino, pulita ben corredata e fresca, è immersa in una grande pineta. Da qui è facile raggiungere tutte le spiagge di Chia. Il centro abitato più vicino è Pula a 10 min di macchina, vivace e molto carino. La spiaggia del villaggio è raggiungibile a piedi in circa 8 minuti, comoda e tranquilla ma non d’impatto come le spiagge dei dintorni.

Il signor Antonio ci ha subito accolto con gentilezza. La casa è molto bella, arredata con accuratezza e dotata di ogni comfort. I proprietari hanno pensato a tutto: dall’aria condizionata in ogni stanza, al cestello del ghiaccio per mantenere il vino in fresco! La doccia all’esterno è comodissima e per i più freddolosi ha anche l’acqua calda. Siamo rimasti pienamente soddisfatti e riconfermeremmo la nostra scelta. Senz’altro oltre le aspettative!

We had very nice holiday, mainly thanks to Sardegna and beatifull Mirco house with very calm atmosphere. thank you and fully recomended. Best points _ quality of bed, airconditions, gardens, owner respons, near shop, beaches 20min. by car and BIG TC :). For improve just speed of interent.

Appartement situé dans une résidence sécurisée au calme

L'appartement se situe entre Pula et les magnifiques plages de Chia et dispose de tout ce qui est nécessaire avec une climatisation efficace et silencieuse même dans les chambres à coucher. Il y a une belle et grande douche à l'étage. La literie est d'excellente qualité avec des matelas assez durs. Le mobilier est un petit peu vieillot mais la cuisine dispose de tout le nécessaire. Le frigo a un peu de peine à bien refroidir les aliments même au niveau maximum. La remise des clés s'est passé sans souci et Mirco était serviable et à disposition pour toutes questions. Un prospectus est à disposition avec des informations très utiles (recommandations pour les plages et restaurants notamment). Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette belle région.

Eine wunderbare Zeit auf Sardinien...

Lieber Mirco, wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Deinem Haus auf Sardinien. Von der ersten Minute an konnten wir unseren Urlaub genießen. Die Haus- und Schlüsselübergabe waren so unkompliziert. Die Ausstattung war perfekt! Selten sind wir in ein so gut eingerichtetes Ferienhaus gereist. Wir haben schon ganz anderes auf Sardinien erlebt. Die Nähe zum Strand, der schattenspendende Pinienwald, die zwei Fahrräder, die Sonnenliegen im Garten, der Grill....ja alles trug dazu bei, dass wir uns wohl fühlten. Wir danken auch sehr für Deine Tipps. Ob es um Einkäufe, Pizza oder die Bootstour ging. Alles lief schnell und problemlos. Wir können Dein Haus und den Kontakt mit Dir nur wärmstens empfehlen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Bellissima vacanza in totale quietudine

Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima settimana di relax nella casa che corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione. Ci siamo trovati un po' come a casa con tutte le comodità perfino oltre le nostre attese (lavastoviglie..), ma sono state apprezzate da tutti. Motlo spazio per rilassarsi e pranzare all'esterno in tutta tranquilità, bel giardino e bici a disposizione per andare a prendere il pane fresco di mattina. Camere molto ben attrezzate e spaziose. La casa è tenuta molto bene ed era pulitissima. Accoglienza, consigli, e risposta alle nostre domande da parte di Mirco & family molto preziose e sempre gentilissimi. E stato un piacere conoscerli. Ci ritorneremo volentieri!

Schönes Ferienhaus in einer ruhigen Ferienhausanlage

Wir sind mit 5 Personen angereist und haben deshalb dieses Haus mit drei Schlafzimmern gewählt. Jedes Schlafzimmer sowie das Wohnzimmer verfügen über Klimaanlage und Fernseher. Die Terrasse ist schön und bietet die Möglichkeit zum Grillen. Der Strand ist in Gehweite, wir waren aber auch oft mit dem Mietwagen unterwegs und sind verlassene Buchten in Richtung Chia angefahren.
