Villetta immersa nella tranquillità più assoluta. Il proprietario Claude abita nella casa accanto ed è una persona disponibile ed allo stesso tempo davvero discreta. Spazio esterno molto carino. La villetta ha tutto il necessario che serve per cucinare, condizionatore presente in tutte le stanze ed un bel bagno con vasca ed un enorme doccia! In 10/15 minuti sei nelle migliori spiagge dell'isola.

Maison au calme et très bien équipée

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans cette maison, spacieuse, 3 belles chambres et un grand séjour / cuisine, très bien équipée (matériel de cuisine, jeux, transats, parasol etc). La terrasse est très grande et donne sur le jardin, avec un coin salon extérieur très agréable. Claude, le propriétaire, vit en contrebas de la parcelle mais on l'oublie très vite! Accueil très chaleureux. Localisation dans un hameau entre Porto Vecchio (5kms) et les plages le Palombaggia (6 kms). Boulangerie et magasin Spar à 1.5 kms.

super vacances !

Très bon accueil de mr Bolbenes dans cette belle maison au calme ,sans vis à vis, avec terrasse bien exposée et à l'abris du vent. Jardin entretenu et fleuri. Lits faits à l'arrivée , ce qui est appréciable après un long voyage. Maison bien aménagée avec nombreux rangements et cuisine fonctionnelle. A 2 mns en voiture du SPAR où l'on trouve des produits locaux et des souvenirs de Corse. A 5 mns du centre de Porto Vecchio ( marché le dimanche matin) et 10 mns des plages, dont Santa Giula qui est vraiment magnifique avec son eau translucide. Nombreuses jolies ballades et visites à faire autour. N'hésitez à demander des renseignements à mr Bolbenes ( qui vit discrètement à coté de la maison). Il vous conseillera avec plaisir.

je souhaite rattraper un oubli! La villa est superbe et très bien équipée. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec notre bouledogue qui a doré le jardin et le calme environnant. Le propriétaire est à notre écoute. Conclusions: nous revenons en 2017 et avons hâte!

Merveilleux séjour

Très belle maison, spacieuse et confortable dans un environnement calme et verdoyant. Soleil en terrasse et chants d'oiseaux. Proche des commerces, à proximité des plages. Accès aux principaux sites touristiques et de randonnées. Le plus...la gentillesse et la bonhomie du propriétaire discret mais toujours prêt à donner de bons conseils de visite. Une maison où il fait bon vivre.

La maison est tout à fait conforme (voir mieux !!!) aux photos de l'annonce. Elle est très confortable, super bien équipée,accessoires cuisine, bains de soleil etc... Une terrasse et un jardin magnifique ! Idéalement située pour accéder aux sublimes plages, proche des commerces tout en étant dans un calme verdoyant. Sehr gemütlicher Aufenthalt

Wir haben mit unseren drei Kindern zwei Wochen in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir können das Haus besten Wissens weiterempfehlen.

Belle maison, bien située

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison bien située au calme sur la route des plages de Porto Vechio. La maison est très agréable et bien exposée. Elle dispose d'une belle terrasse que nous avons appréciée en cette période de l'année. Mr Bolbènes le propriétaire est accueillant et disponible et nous a communiqué de bons conseils sur les sites à visiter et les restaurants. Nous recommandons cette maison aux amoureux de la Corse.

Bonne suprise!

Une maison très bien entretenue, très fonctionnelle, très lumineuse avec une grande terrasse bien abritée. Plages magnifiques à proximité, commerces proches (boulangerie, superette, Station service...) et Porto vecchio à qqs minutes. Un propriétaire très gentil, très accueillant (malgré une arrivée tardive (avion arrivé avec pas mal de retard), il était là pour nous recevoir.) Il nous a, de plus, fourni régulièrement de bons conseils. En conlusion, un très bon séjour.
