Arroyo Grande Farmhouse Stay

Peri and Jeff were the perfect hosts- kind, responsive and accommodating. A very nice house and property in a wonderful location..felt like being in the country but close to everything.

Beautiful house on several acres, just outside of town yet close to restaurants and shopping. Hop in your car and you're just 10 minutes away from sticking your toes in the sand on the beach. Peri is a great host--friendly, welcoming and ready to help with any needs you might have. Her good spirit is infectious. We had a wonderful stay!

Relaxing in a Natural Environment-"A HOME AWAY FROM HOME"

Driving into a greeting of sweet, farm animals, we were not sure what to expect, but once we arrived at the home a short drive up a small hill...we could not be more pleased; large, comfortable and fully equip-truly A "HOME AWAY FROM HOME". Our hosts, Jeff and Peri could not be more wonderful. The location was closed to everything, with a beautiful golf course minutes away. As for the animals, my husband was very happy feeding and petting them each day. We will certainly be back! Kris and GIl

French Farmhouse

This was the nicest home that we have stayed at over many years. The hosts were so helpful and friendly!! The house was lovely and just as pictured in the preview. The hostess is a talented decorator. The deck under the towering oak tree was wonderful!! The town of Arroya Grande is small but has stores and restaurants that are good. Pismo Beach is about 15 minutes away. Be sure to go to the “Rock and Roll Diner”. It is great!!

An incredibly lovely stay in a spectacularly charming and quite space. Beautifully appointed.

The hosts, Peri and Jeff couldnt have been more generous and accommodating. A wonderful rural setting, a hop and a skip to the Ocean and Pismo Beach/Grover Beach areas. Quiet and relaxing. An extremely charming and luxurious small farm/retreat experience. Excellent stay, so easy and comfortable. perfect balance of privacy and open space. Amenities were very thoughtful and comforting. We will be back. A++
