Linda was quick to respond with questions. The pool is about 3.5 to 4 ft deep. Perfect for our little one and tons of fun. Lots of space and very well equipped with all you need.

Wonderful home to support our family of 6, with enough beds, towels, places to sit, also has a deck by the water with chairs and you can see the stars at night. The Kitchen provided all the tools we needed for cooking meals. The pool was perfect! Quick response from owner when you had questions. Easy in and out of the neighborhood to the main road. Would definitely recommend for anyone!

Florida Comfort checked out the Air Conditioning and found a leak in the coolant. It was repaired immediately. This guest was the first to notice a problem.

Accommodations were excellent. Very clean and well equipped even though we didn’t cook any meals. The pool was great after full days of fishing in 90 degree temperatures. Food delivery options are limited was our only challenge. I will consider this spot for a family vacation next. Would be perfect for the kids.

The property is in a lovely, quiet location, the home is spacious, light & airy. The larger beds were very comfortable, the kitchen appeared well equipped, although we did not cook during our stay.There are many positive qualities to the property, but some areas would benefit from further attention. As we arrived around 11:45pm, we went straight to bed, only noticing the issues the next morning. I contacted the host & shared photos, but after waiting around four hours for a limited response, I ended up cleaning the floors & the spaces we needed to use.The main areas that seemed to need attention were the shower, bathroom blind, air vent by the toilet, bottom of oven, kitchen cupboard, floors, sofas, the area under the master bed and under bedside tables. The barbecue would also benefit from cleaning and maintenance, as it had no cover, so it was rusty and there were rusty BBQ tools beside it.The pool was warm and had a lovely outlook, though the outdoor area would benefit from some care. We were unable to lock the patio doors leading to the pool, the deck needed cleaning, and the pool blanket roller had a broken wheel. The waterfront seating shown in the listing photos was no longer set up as pictured.The property has great potential, I hope the owner, who may live some distance away and therefore not be aware of these issues is able to address the cleaning and maintenance points with the management team.

There was nothing wrong with the slider doors locking. They work great and our property manager and other guests find the home very clean. We could use some updated photos as many things have been updated since the photos were taken. We have a new modern pool cage with picture widows and BBQ with a roof over it. We do have new BBQ tools but were storing in the house during the summer months.

Lots of rooms/beds for larger parties and families, the convenience of having the pack n play an high chair there for our baby was nice. He loved swimming in the pool, great that all of the dishes/amenities needed for the kitchen were provided.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The house was very clean when we arrived. There is a well stocked kitchen, lots of towels, for the pool and bath, and many beach toys. The lanai is fantastic, a large table for eating outside and another large area with a coffee table that has ample seating. We spend most of out time out there. They have quite a few lounge chairs to sit around the heated pool and a wonderful view of the yard with a canal in the background. The house is very close to Engelwood Beach and Gasparilla Island, both beautiful places to spend the day. I would highly recommend this home. It will not disappoint!!!

Home qas great, clean and fresh when we arrived. Check in was easy and the kitchen was well set with dishes and what was needed for cooking. Loved the sliders allowing open air feel ans the large outdoor space. Had a great time!!

Well equipped kitchen, clean home. Someone needs to check on one of the twin beds, it is not attached to the headboard and it tips over when you go to sit down on it. Also, there are quite a few lightbulbs that need to be changed. Would definitely stay here again!!

We are happy the house was perfect for you! The locals tell us that they use coconut oil to prevent no-see-um bites. The insects come out at dusk and stay until the sun gets intense. I stay in then! The pool cage gets fogged for them every couple weeks. If you do get bit, Ammonia helps with the itch. Each year of exposure to them seems to build up an immunity so reactions to them is less. Unfortunately they are all over Florida.

The pool was great, the house and lanai were wonderful with comfortable furniture. The house was clean and spacious. My only complaint was that the water has a smell which I have been told is a common problem in some parts of Florida. But we have rented three times because everything else about the house is super.

Everything was great. Our only issue had nothing to do with the home, we were stuck in the Atlanta airport for 30 hours and didn’t get to stay at the home on our first night. The house itself was very nice and relaxing!

This house has plenty of dishes, bikes, beach supplies including small cooler, chairs, etc.. Beds were comfortable. Very pleased with our stay and would stay here again.
