This home has a great living area with lots of space to relax and hang out with the group. Great size kitchen for cooking and entertaining. Bedrooms have plenty of room to relax. The mezzanine level also offers a converted private bedroom for the people in the group who would like a little more privacy.

Absolutely beautiful property. The home has direct access to the beach (very close to the water), gorgeous views of ocean and the sunrise. The home has a excellent layout, well kept, and updated. The bonus room was perfect for my teen boys to stay in. There is a lot of covered deck space to spend time outside (out of the heat or enjoy the storms without getting wet). If this home is available next year I will definitely love to stay there again.

One row from beach! Very nice, clean, furnishings were better than most beach rentals we've stayed in. By reading paperwork before going I understood we needed everything but linens. That was incorrect. We could have survived very well with what was in the house! Much more than we expected! Beds were comfy. I would recommend renting this rental! Very nice.

We love the peach on the beach. We have stayed there four times. The view is stunning. I will say that the downstairs room was very disappointing this stay. There was mold on the pullout couch and because of this no one stayed in that room. That made us need to rely on blowup mattresses for our guest. Cobb Reality did send someone to clean it, but then the chemical smell was too intense for people to be shut up in the room. The dryer also did not work but Cobb Reality quickly came and replaced it. They were great!

If you have teenagers or someone who prefers their own space, the room on the second level is ideal, and there's a half bath available on that level. Although the half bath is separate from the room and a bit dated, it serves its purpose well. We would highly recommend this place and are already planning a trip back to bring our son and some of his friends.

Best Family Beach Vacation Ever!

We had the best family beach vacation ever! The location of this house is honestly the best! Close to The Big Store, Dannay's Donuts, Tia Juanitas and so much more! It's technically 2nd row, but has an unobstructed view of the beach and a super easy walk to the beach. There are a LOT of stairs, so unloading all our supplies was not the most fun, but we got it done. We had a few teens that enjoyed the extra room on the middle level that gave them a little more privacy. The room initially smelled pretty musty, but after turning on a fan and running a difuser it was just fine. I had read a couple old reviews about roaches after I had booked, so I was just a little concerned, but we didn't see any bugs at all in the house. The kitchen was a great size/layout for preparing meals and had ample supplies. The dining area is a little crowded around the table, but we made it work! It's not the most "beachy" house I've seen, but for the price we paid, we felt it was definitely worth it. Overall, had a great time and would stay here again.

Great location but needs attention.

Can't beat the location and floor plan but it needs some basic maintenance and ROACH killing. You get a note asking you not to assume an infestation just because you see a roach or two. Well...what about HUNDREDS when you use the oven and then dozens every time you open a cabinet...or in the bathrooms??? We had to reattach the outside door handles at least a dozen times and we had people getting locked into the downstairs bathroom in the heat because the handle is rusted and constantly coming off from the inside. This is VERY dangerous. I personally was about two seconds away from busting the door down and finally someone heard my yelling and door beating.

A Perfect Peach

The property was amazing! Plenty of room upstairs for 6 adults to be very comfortable. The bonus room downstairs has two twin bunks, a queen sleeper sofa, and an additional queen “cot” for a total of six more sleepers. A lot of stairs, so be prepared; but, they do make for two decks worth of great views!
